The hotel has a great location, it’s just next to the train station and close to places to eat. The room is so clean and tidy.

Location is fantastic, very close to station and airport. But the breakfast is not enough for the one meal and I cannot meet employee when I check in

The hotel is right outside the east exit of Komatsu Station. There is a girl at the front desk who speaks very good Chinese. There is a dinosaur greeting you at the self-service check-in machine. The room is small, but it has everything you need, including a safe and a clothes dryer. The most surprising thing is the toilet, which has no height difference from the room. The toilet floor in old Japanese hotels is much higher. The breakfast is a little simple. I took a glass to fill it with oolong tea, but he probably thought I filled it with wine and confiscated it. When I checked in, I could clearly feel that the hotel did not pay attention to my request through the room assigned by the hotel. Although I can understand that the room supply is tight on weekends, I have traveled to Japan countless times and stayed in countless hotels. I can clearly feel that the hotel does not pay attention to the needs of customers. As a result, I did not sleep well the whole night. Next time I come to Komatsu, I may not consider this hotel again.

The price/performance ratio is very high. It is 50 meters from Komatsu JR Station. There is a large Sugi drugstore in the vicinity within a 10-minute walk. There is an Aeon mall for a short stroll for 50 yuan by taxi. It takes 15 minutes to Komatsu Airport by direct minibus. The hotel is very quiet and clean overall. Try to stay on the third floor as the floor slab may be thinner.

The hotel is super convenient. You can see the hotel right in front of the exit as soon as you come out of Komatsu Station. So it is very convenient even if you arrive late. Very good! Comfortable! I've been traveling all over the country, so I've been interested in Henna Hotels for a while, but this was my first time staying there. It's surprisingly close to the station! So convenient! And the room is comfortable! The chairs are comfortable, especially for remote work. The mugs are high-quality and cute, and the bed has a special original mattress. The toilet and sink are spacious, easy to use, and comfortable! The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which is also spacious, and the bathtub is large enough, so I felt like I was at home. What's more, the special closet that can disinfect pollen, remove wrinkles, and sterilize is really great; I've never seen anything like it in any other hotel! I put various clothes in it and sterilized them multiple times. The TV is large, and they even provided a cable for mirroring. The staff were also very kind, and I'm really grateful! I was given a room on the top floor, so I couldn't hear any footsteps, but I could hear voices from the next room. Overall, it was very comfortable, so I think I'll try Henna Hotels in other prefectures next time.
