Ulasan Tolip Family Park Hotel

Room 2035 (family room) Such a terrible choice that I'm regretting. I booked a family room and I was placed in an old room that looks nothing like the pictures. There was supposed to be one queen bed and two single beds as per describtion, but I was given a room with one double bed and a sofa bed, water and towels enough for 2 but we are 3 people in the booking. The room was old, not clean, there were coffee stains on the sofa bed and on the wall, one lamp is missing, smelly bathroom with no bathtub. I hated it! There ia no way this is a 5 stars hotel, 4 stars Max. I had ankther night booked with them but I will for sure cancel. Save your money and don't stay here, my advise!

The cleanliness is acceptable but not outstanding. The food service is very affordable. However, the amenities are limited—there is no spa or massage room available, as it has been closed for a long time despite what is mentioned on Trip.com.

Worst hotel. Someone stolen my money from my wallet in my room. But all hotel staff did not tried to solve my situation. Be careful everyone. It was the worst experience of my numerous business trips.

酒店環境不錯，樓下有泳池，出行也比較方便，臨時更換的酒店，還比較滿意，就是設施較為老化，普遍問題，希望你們住的開心

很一般的酒店，位置也很偏。比較尷尬

住宿環境還行，但是酒店大堂經理和接待人員的態度非常非常差，體驗非常非常差。前台經理的接待讓人感到非常不適，非常野蠻，非常無理。

非常的一般，不太行。
