Brilliant situation but room was not ready when we arrived and never anyone during the course of our two day stay,

Great view, small room, barely able to accommodate a cuple. Otherwise friendly staff but couldn’t communicate in English.

Accommodation is like in hostel. Hear everything. There are 13 steep steps leading to the rooms. Not suitable for the elderly and small children. The equipment of the room is very modest. Its best days are behind it. The room is very small and dark. Old mattress. Bathroom and toilet in one - cramped, uncomfortable with bad smell.. Washbasin is mini. Kitchen - double plate, no oven. The door opened to a air draft. This was not the studio we ordered. the air conditioner did not work, only the ceiling fan Weak wifi connection. Yes, you are right by the sea, but - count on fishermen to be unloading fish under the windows from 5 o'clock onwards, selling them. At the same time, supply trucks for restaurants drive right under your windows. And there is a popular scooter on the island. Lots of scooters and they all spin under your windows at night. To park in the place of accommodation - impossible. And the host and hospitality? Not interested.After all, we've already paid, why bother. I liked the beaches on the island - Srebrna, Zaglav. Exceptional restaurants like Pizza Padruga and Konoba Robinzon. Services : Diving center Manta and excursions with Alternatura

Price is to heavy for such a basic room whith smallest bath and sink.Bad was werz unconfortable

It's a scam and there is a possibility you will end up in a place you didn't reserve. We booked studio apartment in Mira seafront guesthouse for 2 nights via ***********. I sent a message the day before we were supposed to arrive to confirm our arrival but there was no answer until we were already on the boat to Vis. The host messaged us an hour before our supposed arrival saying the studio we reserved is unavailable since the guests who stayed there before us refuse to leave. The host then led us to apartment on another location which was dark and had a view of the wall. We refused to stay there so we found another place and he agreed to return the money. When we talked to some locals they told us that the host had done such tricks before. Very unpleasant experience!

I'm not suprised to come back from holiday to read other reviews about these two horrid hosts. The older lady is just plain nasty obviously swearing at you in Croatian while the guy tries to scam you at every turn. He admitted to me that he hates Goulash disko goers and gives them the worse deal. No exerageration we were given a room tiny room the size of a cupboard right on the top which didn't even lock. Other guests would come up to use the balcony and table/view while id be in the room trying to sleep in underware with no privacy. He told us to block access to the roof with chairs so we could get some peace but this just meant guests would try to come through and be confused that there was a barrier.. He shafted his responsibilities on to us. He was extremely tricky with the money and but after a complaint he decided to refund us but then completely went back on his word onlly a day later. He would say one thing and do another and it looks like lots of others have had the same experience. The mother was just aweful, very bad energy people. I'm not sure why people stay in jobs that they don't want to do. Stay the hell away from this one.

I have booked a room here 5 months in advance. The guy managing the place, Tonio Vitaljić (the owner is his grandma I guess), called me a day before my stay to cancel the accommodation with the excuse that there were some complications with the current guests (we suspect they have offered him a few EUR more to stay longer and to kick us out, which he accepted due to greed). He found us the alternative accommodation, which was nothing like our initial booking (the quality was lower, it was further away from the town center, it was impossible to sleep due to the noise of other guests and the music from the beach bar nearby, no toilet paper and towels, etc.). We had to accept this alternative option as there was no available accommodation on the whole island. This prevents us to write a review on booking .com but at least I can warn people to stay away from this place here.

Complete scam and rip off. Hostess was an older lady who doesn't speak a word of English, extremely unfriendly, our presence seemed to be the biggest bother ever. We were told 12pm check in time would be okay, however when arriving at 12:40 we were told by the lady the room was not clean and it would take one more hour. Appartement is absolutely not what they advertise on the pictures. Tiny room with dirty floors and walls. The shared bathroom is very outdated, shower did not have any warm water and barely no (cold), water came out at all Finally, in the morning at 9:15 the same older lady walks in the door, once she saw us she closed the door again without saying anything. Do not stay here, even if it is one of the last options. For your own sake.
