Welcome to this beautiful apartment that combines seaside lifestyle while being only a 2 minute drive away from our vivid town centre. Our one bedroom apartment, with its minimalistic decoration, can host 3 people, making it the perfect stay in Kos centre for a couple or two friends. The house has 1 bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a 42" smart TV, a kitchenette, 1 full bathroom and a dining area. The interior of the apartment is of modern minimal design. A lockbox with the keys is located on the right hand side of the main entrance (the sliding door on the right). As you enter the apartment you will find the living room where the sofa (which becomes a sofa bed) with a 42" TV and the dining room. Moving forward in the apartment on your right hand you will find the full bathroom a Wc. Further in is the kitchenette, equipped with everything you need to cook a cozy meal, an oven, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a filter coffee machine. Also, there is a washing machine. Lastly, the bedroom has a double bed, air-con and a built-in closet. Surrounded by restaurants, beach bars, gyms, supermarkets and many places to rent a car or bike, everything is literally at your feet. Service The house gets cleaned before you check-in. There is an extra set of linens and towels for every bed and person in the closet. Upon request, a third set of linens and towels can be provided.
