Keseimbangan sempurna antara harga, pemandangan dan perkhidmatan. Pertama sekali, lokasinya sangat baik. Jika tiada pemanduan sendiri, ia hanya beberapa ratus meter dari terminal dan stesen bas terdekat. Terdapat pasar raya besar dalam jarak beberapa ratus meter, jadi mudah untuk membeli segala-galanya. Hotel ini mempunyai pemandangan yang sempurna dan terletak di tepi tasik. Anda boleh menikmati pemandangan Danau Como yang indah dari lobi hotel dan taman hotel. Kebanyakan bilik harus mempunyai pemandangan yang sangat baik. Tiada rancangan lain untuk menikmati pemandangan di hotel ini sangat memuaskan. Keseluruhan kemudahan hotel juga ok, 4 bintang tiada masalah, dan peralatan tempat tidurnya sangat selesa, yang dianggap sebagai tahap yang sangat baik di antara 4 bintang. Review for a one day stay from Singaporean who stay 29-30 August 22.
Location- hotel ideal location near to ferry . 10-15 min walk to cable car. From como railway station . Go down the stair from the exit of the station. Follow the pedestrian crossing and go down and walk straight into the town . Easy .
Hotel: super clean . Air con was super good and cold ! I love it . Room wise size is ok. Ruben was helpful and explain to us what to do for our W day stay . Where to take ferry. Where to take cable car . He was nice and smiling .
Food: I did not opt for breakfast as there are many food around . I had twice the gelato for nearby shop. It was good !
Overal. My stay in room 403 was great ! Check in and out was easy .
Please stay here. At night I also went to the square juat below and chill out with food .

SStephanieCheck in was easy and seamless. You get your personal code to access the room. I was in an 8-bed mixed dorm. Great vibes all round. Everyone was very friendly. Oh and a complimentary welcome drink too. There's a 24hour supermarket right next door which wsas very handy to have for late arrivals.
Bathroom was clean and easy. plenty of space for storage despite being in a 8-bed room. highly recommended.

MMYPCSuper location overlooking the lake. Close to everything. Check in staff very professional and friendly. Spotless clean. We have a room with balcony straight viewing the lake. We all love it. Breakfast area was comfortable. The best hotel service we can expect.

Disgusting service when there was a mistake made at check in … it was an understandable mistake made by the lady checking me in (we are all human after all). I had accepted there was nothing that could be done at the time and as I had booked through trip.com I was referred back to them to arrange a refund for the difference between my booking and the room provided. Unfortunately the hotel then lied to the booking provider about the events that took place and as a result I ended up paying $900 a night to stay in a standard $600 odd room for 2 nights. After receiving the telephone transcript from trip.com I confronted them about the lie the front desk lady said because she wasn’t the person that checked me in she just went on what she thought must have taken place.
Thanks to Marcel for doing his best to help out on the last night. Very much appreciated.
General manager unavailable to see me to resolve. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere
Btw Como itself is absolutely amazing and definitely worth a visit

PPengguna TetamuThe location was great but it was a strange hotel. We were in room 901 but it was on the ground floor. We opened the door and were hit by a heavy perfume aroma. This never went away even when we opened a window. The fly screen had holes in it. The room was an odd shop with the bathroom door touching the bed. It was difficult to stand at the sink as the toilet was in the way. The bed was lumpy so we didn’t sleep well. However the breakfast was excellent and the lady was welcoming. Disappointed to be honest.

Ttillibrown@yahoo.co.ukWe stayed 15th-17th March, stayed in room 226 overlooking the road, the room was super clean, as was the bathroom, staff were so friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was a mix of meat, cheese, bread and tea/coffee.
i would sum up it was clean and comfortable, road was abit noisy but nothing terrible and it wouldn't stop me from staying there again.
