When we arrived at resort we were given our door card & that was it, no help to carry cases, no help to locate room, no directions, nothing. We had paid for a superior double with shared pool access, requested ground floor, we were given a standard double, access via main pool, 10 steps up, 5 steps down to room, 5 steps up to cemented area, 5 steps down to pool, I stated categorically that steps were a problem, not walking or incline, but steps, tiles missing around pool, stagnant water in grooves, broken steps, cracked cement, we were moved to a superior double, not once was our room cleaned, no floors washed, no bedding change, no pool towels, I have videos of room, toilet seat did not fit toilet & was not secure. Every night at 5pm all electric went off, I have documented every day & times, hotel manager was the most disgusting, rude, ill mannered person I have ever met, doreen the jet2 supervisor stood with her head down & allowed manager to speak to me in a very disrespectful way, we had to tell her to step in & deal with situation, I was celebrating my 65th birthday with my family & chose this resort from the write up that jet2 gave it & the photos, by no stretch of the imagination is this resort how you describe it, you need to terminate all dealings with this resort, only 2 slides were working, several drinks that were advertised they did not have, during our stay the plastic glasses got smaller, food was very repetitive & not very appetising, breakfast was good, nice salads & fresh bread but the hot food was awful. I am so upset & angry with the whole situation, the managers disgusting manner & jet2 rep not fighting our corner. Show quoted text
