Clean spotless room. Cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Rosa was exceptional polite and friendly. No complaints room 630. We want to return in this area. Just met the boss lady Linda who is a breath of fresh air very funny polite and friendly

Hotel is clean and beds comfy. Staff are excellent and do what they can to please and serve. On arrival our rooms were not in an area with a lift due to mobility issues we were moved to a more suitable room and all 3 rooms were next to each other. It is early season so staff training and getting settled in caused a few delays in getting drinks served but this was more down to upper management as staff excelled. Miltiadas was excellent at breakfast time so cheerful and funny. The bar staff were also excellent Rizo, Milton, Edi and the young girl Maria and another girl. Again management failed as some drinks were unavailable after a couple of days!! Some days the bar had just one of the girls making drinks and it was overwhelming for her as the queue grew. Eventually more help arrived for her. The restaurant Maitre D and staff were excellent and we always had a table for 5. The evening entertainment was ok but not for everyone. I liked the Golden Tones (billed as the Drifters!) and the Jersey Tones. They both sang my sort of songs by the Drifters, Motown and The Four Seasons. Other nights were not quite our taste but they all did ok. We were all adults so cannot comment on children’s facilities. Overall we had a lovely holiday despite a few hiccups at the start.

Lovely staff always on hand to help Linda (hospitality) true legend always making sure we had everything we needed she is a credit to the hotel. If I had a hotel Linda would be in charge Food was excellent with a good variety & selection of drinks

We had a brilliant stay. We did get a free upgrade to the Blue Domes hotel which was also very nice. Very nice personnel. Food was great in general. Unfortunately the swimming pools were still a bit cold. Very nice beach with nice atmosphere. I would recommend it to everybody. It was our first time in Greece and I would recommend it.

Bardzo fajny hotel, pyszne jedzenie 🥰🥰 Bardzo duża dbałość obsługi o wczasowicza! Super umiejscowienie, niczego nie brakuje! Blisko do Kos 🥰🥰🥰 Linda kierownik obsługi hotelu jest bardzo miłą osobą, która dba o nasz komfort :)

Everyone of the service are very kind and competent! Linda of the housekeeping was very friendly and checked of everything was ok and organised that the power outlet was fixed. I never get so good cocktails in an all inclusive hotel. The variation and tastes are perfekt

Our first stay here , will definitely be returning The resort is beautiful spotlessly clean and tidy , the rooms are well maintained , and the extensive gardens , pools and washrooms are excellent Standards of service very high in the restaurant and bars Linda head of housekeeping thank you You will not be disappointed this is from me a bit of a fusspot!

The staff are excellent here and all are welcoming and friendly - very helpful with any queries or questions throughout our stay. Stellios one of the head chefs was fantastic during our stay and always looked after us and you can deal he loves his job. Alexis at reception was always really pleasant to greet us everyday along with the other reception staff. The cleaner for our room Marianna & Helen were superb throughout and always attentive during our stay. Bar staff work hard but difficult to keep on top with so many drinks requests as some guests constantly demanding drinks. Al carte restaurants are based in the main restaurant and the food quality is very good and some great dishes. Dinner in the buffet can get busy and feedback would be to space out the tables. Plenty of options at dinner to cater for all. The crepes are fantastic but you may have to wait a while in the queue. The gyros by the beach bar is a perfect lunchtime snack. The gym was our only negative as it's limited based outdoors. They had no towels or water at the gym so would be good to sort this for future guests. Beach has plenty of beds here and a large section just for the hotel. Bikes are readily available and the sports courts are well maintained. 40 mins walk into Kos town and the other way to the thermal springs. From kos town you can go to bodrum as a day trip. The hotel is good - always clean and tidy and rooms are good sized. Well done to all the staff and overall a fantastic break.
