"This is an amazing hotel - huge complex so it only felt busy at meal times in tge main restaurant. We had a room with a private pool and we loved it. Cold, but it was just what we needed. Fridge in the room was restocked daily and our housekeeper was fantastic. Food was a bit hit or miss in my opinion. Some nights were really good, spoilt for choice, then others we struggled to fill our plates. The desserts were heavenly! For us the let down was the service staff (bar and restaurant) apart from 2 or 3 of them, they were rude, dismissive and just generally made you feel like you werent welcome. We went at the end of the season (still paid a lot of money) and things started to close down midway through our week - some of the snack bars, which was an inconvience as our room was far away from the other facilities. All in all, i would return just maybe not at the end of the season. "

"Lots of good: Staff are mostly incredibly attentive and polite; good drinks selection; lovely bar; gorgeous views; nice room. However, there are a few major concerns that would stop me returning. The food quality is poor and often cold. When it runs out, trays aren't filled up quick enough meaning you can miss out. Bedroom sheets don't get changed unless requested (ours got turned inside out, I think to create the impression they in fact had been cleaned...). While the room we had was great, the AC unit wasn't working properly and, despite several calls to reception, they were unable to fix it, resulting in me manufacturing a temporary DIY solution - not really how I want to be spending my time. Finally, one of the pools is labelled as "adults only" - which is a nice touch during the summer holidays - but this simply isn't enforced. Keep the rule, or get rid of it."

"Staff were very friendly and resort was amazing. Staff organised a birthday cake with candles and a letter for my sister without being made previously aware of the birthday. We asked for dinner recommendations for her birthday and came back to find birthday cake and card. Great selection of food and restaurants with ample sunbeds around the pools and beach for tanning. We had a late flight so staff collected our luggage from rooms and stored safely, allowing us to continue using the resort facilities. Also able to shower and freshen up in the departures lounge before heading to the airport. Overall great experience, would definitely go back."

"Staff were all very friendly, the views from the pool area and room are fantastic, and the food on the whole was good. Only two issues we had were the pool area is relatively small with limited sun beds - fine if you’re up early but everyday they were all taken, so I feel some couples may have missed out if they decided to sleep in or go out for the morning. The pool itself was lovely and perfect refreshing temperature, with a very relaxed atmosphere. Finally the other issue was the air conditioning in the room was not effective enough - during the day it was manageable if the blinds were kept closed, however at night it got very hot and was uncomfortable to sleep. Food on the whole was very good - the food is mostly fresh and all cooked in an open kitchen in the Thyme restaurant, with a lot of ingredients grown locally on site. Staff were all very friendly the whole stay, including all the restaurant and pool staff. Overall an amazing stay and would definitely recommend for couples."
