I relly enjoyed my holiday with my colleagues friends so much every night I wake up I always felt like am living in paradise ❤️ this hotel it's surely a 5star everything in these hotel is amazing 😍 I just want thanks the whole staffs everyone is so nice and smiling and friendly...and the reception staffs they are so nice and welcoming..thanks to Kostas lorena ireni xhrisa ema and dea megi xharis ireni they are wonderful people i love you all and especiall Thanks to antula she make sure my Room is clean thanks to the housekeeping staff's and a especiall Thanks to the whole alacarter restaurants there foods are all amazing we love it so much and the waiter's are wonderful...kalaidi X3 merisa fadiga Mr George Natasha etc especial thanks to the mitsis summer palace manager ❤️ We surely be back next year Big love from ML JALLOW

Our fifth and favourite year. Blue Domes always delivers and just keeps getting better and better. We always love coming here. The hotel runs like a well oiled machine, nothing is too much trouble and you can literally hit the ground running when you arrive. Even as a family of 4 with young children we were unpacked and relaxing on a sun lounger within an hour of arriving holding a delicious drink brought to us by the wonderful Jimmy who brings everyone drinks around the pool and who remembered our choice of drinks from previous years. Jimmy is a huge credit to the hotel, always smiling and helpful and so lovely to our children, it never fails to amaze me how he manages to remember everyone’s drinks from around the pool every single time!! The service from start to finish was spot on, nothing was too much trouble. We arrived in the gorgeous Greek heat to a refreshing drink at reception and then we were immediately taken to our room by a buggy which was already set up for our children with everything from bed guards, baby baths and cot. They even remembered from last year that I like extra hangers and had already put them in the room, again I’m continually impressed by the thought that goes into looking after the guests. The changes in the hotel are brilliant, we adore the new bar area and we looked forward to pre meal drinks from 5.30 - 7.30 everyday, the music was good, the drinks delicious and extremely well made and the setting which is also the setting for the destination Greek restaurant with its new sunken table, really is special. There is a constant buzzy atmosphere and the views across from this area are spectacular, I felt very relaxed sitting there. The food at the destination Greek and my absolute favourite the South American next to it was truly amazing, I couldn’t stop eating the carpaccio, ceviche or the mouth watering croquettes, I had at least 3 portions!! The food in the bottom restaurant was also very good and produced to a high level. There is a great variation of different mouthwatering tastes to suit everyone including children, the duck pancakes in the Asian were particularly delicious. The breakfast at the Greek destination was amazing and the eggs Benedict were to die for. The food in the main restaurant was again brilliant, very fresh and varied, the pizzas which are literally made in front of you were a huge hit with the children. The gyros, souvlaki, healthy and vegan food and ice cream and crepe stalls were all a great alternative for lunch. It’s so refreshing to stay in a hotel where every base is covered regarding the food, there was always something different that the children enjoyed eating every day which makes life so much more easier! We stayed at Kris Mari for the second time this year. We enjoyed 18 nights 6-25th August and have booked for next year too. The hotel rooms are basic but very comfortable and clean. Every day, the beds were made up or changed, always immaculate. Breakfast is continental which suits us as we like to swim a lot at the lovely beach so prefer not to eat a heavy meal so early, anyway, plenty of fruit and toast, spreads etc, definitely enough. The pool area is nice, we honestly didn’t spend a lot of time there but when we did, there was a lovely relaxed vibe, nice music and all the staff are friendly and helpful, the pool snack/drinks bar was adequate and we enjoyed everything we ordered. The proximity to the beach, shops, tavernas etc is only a 5-10 min walk depending on whereabouts you want to go. Mostly, I would like to give the reception staff a shout out, they were extremely helpful with all our enquiries throughout our stay and we were made very welcome, this allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our summer holiday. We stayed for 4 nights at the Grand Blue. It was the first stop on the coach transfer only being approx a 10/15 min journey. Hotel staff were lovely, super helpful and welcoming. The entertainment was great, highly recommend ‘The Legends’. Rooms were huge with great facilities, I didn’t pay for a sea view room but we got one and the view was gorgeous. Only downfall was the food - like massively. The selection was always really random and mostly just chips, pasta and random bits of meat. I heard other guests complaining about the food too. If you are vegetarian / pescatarian you will literally be living off chips and salad, maybe some fish. We were all inclusive but i wouldn’t recommend it. The drink selection was rubbish and the cocktails all tasted the same - watered down sugar. The bar snacks weren’t great either - just thick doughy pastries with bits of meat or spinach inside but, again, if you are veggie they aren’t labelled and the staff didn’t seem to know what was inside them themselves. I would highly recommend the hotel itself for the location, but rooms and staff. But save yourself the money and go room only / b&b if they have the option because there are plenty of restaurants and bars a 10 min walk down the beach in Kardamena. Worth noting the beds were rock solid too and our room didnt get cleaned one day out of the 4.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Atlantica beach resort and had a really lovely time. Overall we thought the hotel was very good but I wouldn’t class it as a 5 star, no huge complaints but just a few things that could be better. The facilities are brilliant with loads to do for kids and adults, and the entertainment team are absolutely fantastic in particular Karla who runs the kids club, our daughter absolutely loved her and had a great time at the mini disco too. The food in the restaurant was pretty good and we thought it was varied enough, they have a different theme each night e.g. Asian so there is always something different if you want a change. The buffet area itself just felt extremely busy and chaotic, tables very close together and just seemed to be people everywhere. There was often a lack of children’s plates and cutlery and never anyone around to ask. The covered outside seating area is very nice and over looks the pools and sea but again very busy. We also ate at the Italian and the Greek a la carte restaurant during our stay and we enjoyed both. Wine is out of a tap and I did find that it was actually drinkable unlike some other all inclusives I have been to. Cocktails weren’t great but again they were drinkable. I did like that all the drinks were included as part of the all inclusive package and there was nothing you had a to pay extra for. Our room was big but very basic and quite dated with a very small bathroom, it did have a lot of wardrobe space which was good and a separate adjoining room for the children which was brilliant. The rooms were cleaned daily but often something was missed e.g a dirty glass not taken or tea/coffee/ not replaced, and I noticed the floor was also quite dirty under the beds when we arrived and hadn’t been cleaned properly. The best thing about this hotel is the setting, the views are absolutely spectacular and you can see the sea from just about anywhere in the hotel which is lovely. It’s a big resort and there are of different areas to sit and enjoy the view and none of the outside areas ever felt too crowded, no issue getting a sunbed either on the beach or by the pool. There is nothing around the hotel to walk to which we knew when we booked it, but there is a bus from right outside the hotel which goes to kardamena regularly (takes around 15 mins) and one that goes to Kos town once a day. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we probably would go back in the future if we decided to visit this area again.
