Basically having conference at the same hotel. So far everything is good and the venue is convenient for working related. There got few restaurants nearby so very friendly.

Every time went to KB, my family must stayed at grand river hotel, because the hotel is near to the river kelantan and my hudsband village , thanks to wan aisyah for the room given to my family is near to each other. The type room we booked is king room with large bed and my family have enough slept at night. My grand children loved the hotel pool very much but a big disappointed because the second day is raining until the night.

The hotel look a bit rundown from the outside. However when you step inside from the lobby, you can see that it is well maintained. The room is spacious & clean. There’s even a bathtub. Breakfast spread is average but delicious. The area is quiet at night. You can go for a walk by the Kelantan river.

Nice and comfortable, but the parking space is limited

Room was superb & clean. Pool was small. Threadmill in gym not functioning. Breakfast foods was simple & not so many variety.

The hotel is quite old, so do not expect the room to be fantastic. However, the location is a plus and breakfast buffet was excellent.

Great riverfront location with spacious, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Ideal for families or business travelers. However, the hotel is a bit dated, and the breakfast and facilities could be improved. Still, a good value for the price if you don’t mind the old-fashioned decor.

Hotel is older style, wooden surrounds classic furniture but well maintained. Room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was good however the coffee and tea was pre mixed with sugar (too much sugar) so so sweet, and no option for people who don't have sugar in coffee or tea.. We've stayed at many hotels and this was the first time we experienced it.

The room is spacious, there a lot of empty area which is good to put our big luggage. Parking is free The buffer menu was delicious The ballroom is well aircond

The front office lady so unwelcoming. I called housekeeping twice, both unpick up. Have to call FO. You have to wait more than 30 minutes to receive what you asked. Very poor service. Breakfast was good
