I come here every year. The rooms are spacious. Everything is fine. It's close to shops. A strategic location.

Perfectly located Hotel, close to all facilities. Room good size, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Buffet Breakfast daily was excellent. Staff service exceptional. Will definitely stay here again.

This was my third time staying at the Kaseh Hotel in Kota Kinabalu, and I brought my mother along for a trip. As always, the stay was incredibly satisfying! Service: The front desk staff were warm and helpful, offering check-in services in both Chinese and English. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentiful, with a wide variety of dishes that my mother particularly enjoyed. When cleaning the room, they always replenished necessary disposable items and even helped tidy up clothes on the bed and toiletries in the bathroom, which was very thoughtful. Cleanliness: The hotel was clean and tidy, with daily room cleaning service. Environment: The location is extremely convenient. Taking a Grab to city attractions is always within a ten-minute drive, making it easy to get to Sutera Harbour for island hopping and Gaya Street. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It's only about a ten-minute Grab ride from the airport, so there's no need to wake up extra early to catch a flight. Getting around to and from the hotel is very convenient. Facilities: As always, the facilities are complete. You can take hotel towels with you for island hopping and snorkeling, just remember to return them. There are plenty of drying racks, perfect for hanging clothes. There's also an outdoor swimming pool. Hope to see Kota Kinabalu again next time!

Overall a good hotel with good service, but my room with some defects, one of the bed lamps and bathroom light were broken. There is a Japanese restaurant for dining.

Always my best hotel choice in KK. Perfect sunset view from room, no need to get any hustle for a relaxed view from room. Close vicinity to most places and not too crowded.

Always stay here but sometime will get the clean room, sometime will get the dirty room. The bathroom got stain, the carpet smelly. If get the newly renovated room all good.

This is my third year in a row staying here when I visit clients. The breakfast is amazing, and the staff are very warm and friendly. When you open the curtains, you're greeted with a beautiful sea view. My clients also rave about the buffet, saying it's incredibly delicious, and they often come here for dinner too.

Nice hotel with plenty of amenities. Also beautifully located in the heart of KK. Everything is within walking distance.

Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom provides toiletries with very good hot and cold water pressure for bathing. We have a bery good view of mount kinabalu in the clear morning at room 941.Good spread of breakfast and pool is also available. Bed is comfy. Overall , i have an excellent stay at Promenade hotel and it is close to the Airport. Grab car is easily available.

Very decent hotel stay. Although one night, I had a good sleep. Very nice seaside view. Very clean room. Highly recommended.

The hotel located at area that have a convenience store, restaurants and a self servicelaundry. I really like the variety of breakfast options available. I definitely don't regret booking a room with a sea view, even if it's only partially visible.
