We had two nights stay at picturesque ILLKKALAM LAKESIDE COTTAGE right on the banks of the lake and were. pleasantly surprised as the nature unfolded before us. Good location with good facilities and access to all amenities surrounded by organic farm , nature at its best. Good service through out and personalised care by friendly staff. Freshly cooked homemade tasty food served to your room and relax in front of the room looking over the lake with boats passing by and beautiful sunset views. The best part was the relaxed private sunset boat ride on the lake for two of us with stunning views starting right in front of our cottage. Susan Salin and team have done a wonderful job in making avail of this wonderful property for fortunate few like us. Special thanks to Asha and Arjun who were always helpful and giving us information of local tours and cultures. Not to forget those amazing cooks who cooked meals as per our taste We will definitely going to return and recommend to our friends to visit ILLKKALAM LAKESIDE COTTAGES Thanks once again for serving is the best treat Keep it up 💕🙏😍

Just like a lodge only with ac. Room and washroom are clean, don't expect soap or brush or any other amenities of that kind. You will get drinking water that's all. Parking space is adequate for the parking of 4 or 5 cars. Close to the mc road, easy to reach. No room service and no food also.

We stayed at the hotel for a day. We had taken four rooms and even though the trip was on a short notice, the staff was courteous enough to arrange the rooms within a short notice. The food was also nice . The staff are also highly helpful. The hotel is situated in the heart of Kottayam town. I would recommend this hotel anytime.

Hi i came with family. Very very comfortable and staff also very friendly. Strong suggesting place for all. It is very near by temple, bus stand and hotels.

I recently spent one night at the ariyaas regency kottayam, and my experience was good. The room (deluxe king) was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens were crisp and clean. *highlights* - friendly and efficient check-in/check process - excellent location just near the kottayam railway station, within walking distance to-out process - excellent location, within walking distance to major attractions - impressive breakfast spread with varied options *suggestions for improvement* - room service menu could be more extensive - minor issue with little suffocation at toilet & wash room *overall* the ariyaas regency exceeded my expectations, becoze deluxe room rent was 2273- only per day, offering a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury. It was a nice stay. Actually i was search the hotel late night and makemy trip offer a better deal. The reception staff and stay was wonderful. While restaurant closed before 9 pm that's the only problem o faced and there is no good hotels near. Anyhow it was a better stay in aquarius
