Hotel Dengan Parking di Hainan, China

Rooms are big, breakfast has many choices, near to duty free mall, BUT their receptions was the worst, I asked for another room key since I got down with the wrong room key, the young lady at reception then asked to see my passport, then talking and laughing with her friends then I scolded her n tell her it was kinda late also I had to carry heavy shopping bags and my children was waiting with me. Then she started serious working. Then the next morning I asked them to help me with my packages delivered to the front desk but they ask me to find by my own on different floor since they were busy. The front desk was empty with no guests at all. Too bad the hotel has nice facilities but their service and Receptions are not friendly and unhelpful.

The owners were very helpful , picked me up from Airport although they were not obliged to do so. There were good, cheap price street food choices 500m from hotel . I stayed here twice during two week visit, and they also provide 6:00am airport shuttle free of charge .

Very nice facilities with hot springs, good breakfast, a wonderful Russian speaker LAN (super helpful and welcoming). There is an awesome park nearby with a small via ferrata at the top and a super beautiful waterfall mid way up the mountain (I bathed there). Really highly recommend that hike. There is nothing else around the hotel so it is good for 2 nights

Nice hotel to stay before taking your early flight. The hotel also provides free hotel to airport transfer. The location is good and there are many nice restaurants nearby. Service is great as well. My TV was not working and their boss attended to the issue personally as their technician is out. We got a room change with the help of the boss... Of course... The hotel is also near some nice attractions like the 灵山寺 and 海口天鹅湖动物基地。

Loved this hotel! Great location close to the marina, balcony bathtub (!) with such a great view (we got an upgrade on arrival thanks to the hotel) and an amazing breakfast. My only wish would be maybe to update some of the things in the room like a hairdryer, but overall it was absolutely awesome for our stay. The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly, and special thanks to Xiuli WEI working at the canteen. She had been kindly facilitating our dining experience.

Hotel is great and comfortable. Lobby is tastefully decorated and service staff top notch. Special shout out to Shaw for his excellent customer service, being accommodative of our needs and ever attentive. Rooms were large and sound proofing is excellent. Also a shout out to the service staff, Hardy, for the first night stay. He handled all my parcels swiftly and even helped resolve a delivery which had a little issue. Highly recommended, will return to stay at the intercontinental for sure!

Weather in Haikou was a little gloomy, but Erin went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. She was readily available on WeChat to answer my queries and gave me good recommendations on how to best spend my time in Haikou. Overall the hotel was also comfortable, and I love that there is an indoor kids playground which my daughter had so much fun in, and also that it’s close to the beach! The buffet breakfast every morning also served up a good spread, but their international dinner buffet was the best!

風景超級好❤第一次入住這家酒店，整體體驗很不錯。連住三天，最後一天早上終於看到日出了。日出吃天氣得大晴天才能看，可以躺床上看日出還是很安逸。就是吃東西的話需要開車出去吃，適合自駕過來。

The combination of luxury, outstanding service, and unforgettable dining makes Atlantis Sanya a destination we would highly recommend to anyone seeking a premium resort experience. A comfortable and beautiful hotel room, very spacious, more like a studio apartment. The views from the balcony bath were stunning. Bed and pillows were quite comfortable. Good natural lighting, and plenty of lights through the room. The pools were great, included towels and floaties to use. The gym was well equipped. Everything was very clean. Breakfast selection was extensive and tasty. Staff were friendly. We appreciated the complimentary fruit basket, and being placed on a higher floor to reduce the current construction noise. The construction noise was noticeable even on the 19th floor, however we would stay again anyway - the reasonable price of the room seemed to reflect this current noise matter. Good location, and we enjoyed the walking path along the water.
