Hotel Dengan Parking di Hainan, China

Arrived odd hours at 3am and couldn't figure out how to get to the hotel. As usual the contact for shuttle is only by phone call which is inconvenient for non-China citizens. Luckily able to latch on to others who were headed the same way. The reception could be friendlier but understand it is ungodly hours. Couldn't understand how to receive the hotel voucher and wasn't helped to do so. The hotel room itself was fabulous. Clean and comfortable bed and more than enough supply of drinking water. The bath tub was a plus too! Easy check out.

You can't really expect much for the price you paid, but definitely expect it to be a lot cleaner. The walls are stained with dust behind the beds. Many amenities are provided, considering this hotel is quite cheap, it is actually a good hotel. Nearby to the airport, but it might take some time to call a taxi if you are taking odd hours flight.

Hilton Wenchang offers an opportunity to discover another curious side of Hainan. We could see Wenchang Space Launch site directly from our balcony. The beach was nearby, and we watched sunrises and sunsets there. The swimming pool was spotless clean, although only one pool out of there was open due to a low number of guests. A couple scenic spots are very close too, about 10 min drive. There has been a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff was polite and helpful. Jason He helped us with multiple needs, such as ordering medicine, finding restaurants, and booking a shuttle bus to Wenchang railway station. The latter is free, just need to book it in advance for a certain time period.

My friend and I booked a twin room with two single beds side by side for an excellent price. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite with separate rooms and separate bathrooms which was such a surprise and so lovely. Our receptionist Wuyan was very kind and offered excellent service answering any questions and showing patience when we could not speak the local language. We had a view of the pool and the harbour surrounded by mountains and tropical greenery. We are a very short walk to Dadonghai beach. We had a fantastic trip, thank you!

We booked this hotel thinking it would be a luxury experience comparable to the other 5 star properties nearby, but it fell flat of our expectations. The decor while grand at first glance, is best caught on camera only as the scale of the hotel is not large. The ground floor and lobby is very small, and corridors are narrow and tired-looking. The room itself, apart from the bathroom also does no boast anything spectacular. The view itself is quite nice if you are lucky to get a good room. Breakfast is mediocre at best, definitely not worth paying for. Most of it are carb options with very limited choices of anything else. That would have been fine, but the food itself tastes bad as well. Amenities are equally lacking, the pool is located through a convoluted path of suspicious doors, one would be hard pressed to find it by themselves. Apart from that and a tiny gym, there’s nothing much else the hotel has to offer. It’s also noteworthy that the hotel doesn’t occupy the whole building. Half of the premises is actually an office building, diluting the prestige of a Langham even further. Suffice it to say, we will not recommend staying here, unless the priority is to take pretty photos with the decor.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome by by their warm hospitality. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was an awesome experince and i would highly recommend this hotel to friends.

The hotel is far from downtown but its very close the sea although no beach there still can walk around and cycleing it's beautiful and nice, about hotel the breakfast is good service is excellent GRM Raja arranged our rooms very well cleanliness of the hotel is good we will stay if we come to wechang thanks to Raja and his team mates!

The hotel’s advertisement is misleading. It shows that there is a kids water park and infinity pool. The kids water park is not at the Hilton. It’s at another location and you have to pay for it. The infinity pool is only if you book a suite. The manager there said we can look at it but it was dirty and have not been cleaned for awhile. I booked 2 nights. I request with the manager to cancel the 2nd night. She said I need to request through trip.com. I submitted a request to cancel the 2nd night and no one responded to me.

Was an enjoyable stay as the staff there were really patient and friendly! They were really kind to share local food recommendations (which were super delicious!) and to also assist me with my taobao orders~ breakfast buffet was great and worth too, offering varying choices everyday A great stay and convenient location, will recommend and stay again!

The shuttle driver who took us between the airport and hotel was very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and right beside Ji Hotel. A nearby convenience store made it easy to grab essentials. The staff were warm and helpful, even offering a morning wake-up call for our airport transfer. The highlight of our stay was the complimentary upgrade to a spacious and comfortable Family Room, which we truly appreciated. Overall, the service and hospitality exceeded our expectations, making our experience smooth and enjoyable from arrival to departure. Highly recommended for travelers seeking comfort and convenience.
