The staff did a free upgrade for high floor , runway facing. The housekeeping staff were friendly and left a bag of goodies after cleaning. We had 2 night stay and will want to stay with them again. It is strategically located beside the airport and there is a high speed train to Sanya. There is a duty free shopping mall next to it.

But what really made our trip special was the adventure park within the hotel property, where our kids had a blast. Overall, I highly recommend the Hotel Atlantis for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and fantastic amenities - a special thanks to Elena Hu for making our 4-night stay extra special.

I had such a great experience at this hotel in Sanya! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by all the spots you’d want to explore. The pool was super nice, perfect for chilling when you don’t feel like heading to the ocean. The best part? I got upgraded to a better room by the sweetest receptionist ever, Xiaojing 小静 (seriously, she’s the best!). The upgraded room had the most stunning beach view—I didn’t want to leave! If you’re looking for a spot with amazing vibes and top-notch service, this is it. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location on Da Dong Hai beach and a few minutes walk to the swimming area on the beach. We booked the suite with terrace and it was absolutely amazing with lots of space and a plunge pool for our 4 year old to play in. Room cleaned on command and Abby - the housekeeper - gave me her WeChat on day 1 and was always so helpful and attentive. She even went as far as getting information on things for us and even booking in a massage (which I highly recommend from Bella) who was petite but very strong and knew how to hit the right spots. Breakfast and dinner were fine with plenty of choice of both Chinese and western with beers and soft drinks available too. My only gripe was being told the pool opens at 10am and upon explaining to the management that the pool is the main feature for any holiday resort along with the room, when you have a child that wakes up early, the pool should be available early like every other hotel we have stayed in and to be fair to the management, they agreed for it to be open for use from 8am. The tv package in the room was great and my son had plenty of choice of English cartoons including Peppa Pig. I would say this hotel is a solid 4 star hotel though and not a 5 star like the Shanghaitian Hotel next door where we’ve stayed before. The pool could do with some more deck chairs as they are quite limited. The pool could also do with some signs to tell the Chinese guests not to spit around the pool or even inside the pool which is disgusting and really off putting to foreign guests - which the hotel has a lot of! The room/suite could do with a few more power ports/usb and hooks in the bathroom. The toilet is very far away from the pool, you have to go all the way back inside the hotel almost to reception to use the toilet so if you are soaking wet but need the toilet then this could be dangerous and also encourages guests to release themselves in the pool instead which is unhygienic. All in all though, we would definitely stay here again.

The room is luxurious for the price with both a shower as well as a bath and the room is cleaned to a very high standard every day. In addition you are allowed to use the beautiful swimming pool in the hotel opposite. The hotel is only a short walk from the beach and is very close to great restaurants and bars in the area. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at four seasons hotel sanya and waiter number 9 was very helpful and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional cleanliness of the hotel, thanks to the hardworking staff! The room was spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job of ensuring everything was tidy and sanitized. I appreciated the extra efforts they made to ensure my comfort and safety. Their dedication to cleanliness is truly commendable. Kudos to the entire housekeeping staff for a job well done! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a clean and comfortable stay.

Service of the hotel was very good even though they don’t speak English, they assist you through translation app willing to help. Especially person on the front desk helped us a lot. Food is delicious, rich variety. Room is clean. You can walk to the beach. It takes 5-10 mins. It’s near to the summer and pineapple malls. There is a free shuttle bus to duty free mall. You can take info from the front desk. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel from which due to its price and some other reviews we expected the least, turned out to be the best to a point that if we ever decide to go back to Sanya it would probably be one of our top choices. We only booked for one night before our early morning flight but it turned out to be a very positive surprise. Mangrove resort is a set of separate towers making a circle inside of which is a water park and a lot of bars, shops and restaurants. Each tower has its own pools, which in case of Buddha Tower were located on the third floor terrace and were quite decent although I guess in peak times they might feel too small for all the rooms in the tower. Still when we used it, it was more than okay. The rooms are a bit old, shower door is creaking like it has serious arthritis, but overall it was a good and very functional room with a nice view of the pool, water park and the inner courtyard. High point of this place is that it feels like you and your kids could do something here for days. Bars, restaurants, live music, pottery workshop, a really cool dinosaur museum, water park, art workshops and probably more we haven't even discovered are all inside the resort's area.

(This is strange, because there are a lot of Russians in the hotel). We lived in room 2715, the room is nice, clean, cleaning on time. It is very convenient that the hotel has rubber slippers for the beach. Once again, thank you separately, Lucas, for your help))

Comfortable clean and new rooms at a good price. As such, it’s a very good for value hotel. However, Breakfast was quite simple and not really delicious or good. Hotel is just opposite a big shopping mall (9 level) so you can eat there and shop there or watch movie there or get foot massage in many places near the hotel. Very well located hotel and convenient due to its close proximity to shopping mall.

Amazing hotel, beautiful pool and plentiful buffet breakfast. The rooms were large, clean and well appointed. The only issue was the soundproofing in the rooms was not great. Everything else was excellent.

We booked this hotel only for one night and we didn't regret it. It has everything you need,. The interior is new and modern, super clean and comfy not far from the old street and shopping street. We enjoyed our stay and definitely come back again

This place is amazing! We moved to this hotel on the last day of our HaiKou trip as we have an early flight the next day. It's only 5-10 mins away from the airport, depending on the traffic. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they provide free transport to the airport. They helped us booked the transport when we checked into the hotel. The room we booked is beautiful, it's clean and tidy, comfortable bed and nice thick towels. Very happy with the room we got. We brought some local fruits to bring back to our country, but there isn't any fridge in the room. Their staff helped to keep the fruits in the fridge at their counter. We were given a reminder call 30mins before the transport came, which was a surprise to us. This is such a good service which we don get in other countries, unless you requested for it. There are eateries and convenient stores around the hotel, so you dont need to worry about food. If not, you can just take a DiDi, to the airport where there are shopping outlets and food courts. Overall, very good experience at this hotel. Highly recommend to everyone

Our 3 night stay night stay at Haikou. Highly recommended hotel for foreigners like us😭. Staffs were friendly and able to assist how to use the local mobile application for payment. Room was clean and hotel also come with free washing machine where you can do your laundry. Location was about 10-15min walk to the famous 椅樓old quarters. Surrounding area have a lot of shopping where you won’t be feel so bore at the hotel surrounding.

Stayed here for a night. It was a pleasant stay. Hotel gave off a dated vibe which I enjoyed. Staff was courteous. Amenities were sufficient. There was also a small public hot spring facility just outside the hotel and a tub you can fill with hot spring water in hotel room. Different varieties of food served during breakfast. Location is convenient to go to qilou old street. We took a cab.

We stayed three nights at Hilton Haikou and got the residence apartment. The view was gorgeous at lvl 29, the bed was comfy and room was spacious. It was very easy to take a didi car to qi Lou old street and haikou century bridge. There could be a bit of a jam during peak hour so do be mindful. At the back of the hotel, it's linked to a mall with a supermarket and coconut steamboat so it's pretty convenient. Buffet breakfast was yum, the waffles were the best compared to other hotels at Sanya and ocean flower island, the hainan rice noodle was delicious and the freshly fried youtiao. We wish there could be more variety but overall we enjoyed our stay

Even though my husband and I are far away from home, the housekeeper Anni has provided us the hospitality by recommending us places of interests and a place where we could have a good meal. She even helped us book the high speed rail tickets together with her colleague Mindy and reminded me gently to check out on time to catch the train. Kudos to Anni and Mindy!

We stayed a night at the hotel, the room we stayed was clean and hygiene, the front desk lady is so helpful and friendly.We so happy Trip.com provided free hotel breakfast and the hotel breakfast has various choice and delicious. We also tried the famous Lao Pa Cha just 200m nearby the hotel. We have good stayed at the hotel.

Good for business and budget family travel. Nothing more, nothing less. The room is big enough with necessary facilities or amenities. The hotel staff are vey friendly providing information in nerd for guests. It's just the noisy unclean neighborhood of the town where this hotel is located. I don't like Wenchan. Nothing special for me.

Still the best place to stay in downtown Wenchang. Everything about this hotel is perfect—conveniently located to just about everything in the downtown area, friendly and professional staff, and comfortable rooms. I especially love how clean the rooms are and the well-maintained facilities.
