From start to finish, her attentiveness, warmth, and thoughtfulness elevated our stay to a level beyond our expectations. Before our arrival, Farhana reached out to confirm our booking and inquire about any specific requests. When I mentioned it was our anniversary, she took note and ensured every detail was perfect. She even confirmed our expected arrival time to streamline the check-in process, showcasing her professionalism and care. Upon arrival, Farhana greeted us warmly and escorted us to a breathtaking Ocean View Suite, thoughtfully upgraded to enhance our stay. The room was pristine, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning view that took our breath away. To our delight, Farhana had arranged romantic decorations, a fresh fruit platter, and a beautifully crafted anniversary cake, setting the perfect tone for our celebration. On our second day, Farhana went above and beyond by securing us the best table at Ossiana Restaurant, where we enjoyed a mesmerizing view of the aquarium just steps away. The dining experience was flawless, complemented by the restaurant’s outstanding service. Later that afternoon, Farhana surprised us with a gorgeous flower bouquet and adorable whale dolls as anniversary gifts. These thoughtful gestures touched our hearts deeply and made our trip truly memorable. What sets Farhana apart is her ability to anticipate needs and add personal touches that other hotels or butlers might overlook. Every interaction with her was marked by genuine kindness, professionalism, and a passion for creating unforgettable moments. We are already looking forward to returning to Atlantis Sanya and requesting Farhana’s services again. I wholeheartedly recommend her and the hotel to friends, family, and anyone seeking a remarkable stay. If I could give 100 stars, I would—Farhana deserves every one of them! MGM is absolutely the ultimate family resort! Its unbeatable prime location in Yalong Bay means it's just a short walk to the beach, and our room's balcony offered breathtaking ocean views. The entertainment options were abundant and impressive. Our kids practically lived in the pool and the adorable pet park, never wanting to leave, while adults had a blast with surfing and go-karting. The staff were warm and attentive throughout, with a special mention to Candy who was exceptionally helpful. The breakfast spread was bountiful, and the attention to detail was impeccable. Our entire family had an absolute blast!

The hotel has direct access to the beach, which was my favorite part of the stay. I spent a lot of time in the pool, it was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was also very good, offering a variety of options. The location is convenient, with several restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable, though not very modern. That didn’t bother me much, as I was either in the pool or the ocean most of the time. However, the bathroom had a persistent bad smell after using the shower or toilet, and the bathtub was old and drained water slowly. There is no self-service laundry :-( Airport pickup was available and very convenient. As soon as you exit the arrivals area, you just cross the street and walk for about 2–3 minutes to a designated waiting area where the van picks you up. The airport staff was very nice and they helped me get to the waiting area.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. Gina from guest services was exceptionally thoughtful and went above and beyond. When we decided to add another room on our second day, she proactively reached out via WeChat to ensure our two rooms could be arranged side-by-side. She even arranged for welcome fruit to be delivered. After moving to a higher floor, the views were spectacular, and the initial humidity problem we experienced was also resolved. Our room was immaculately clean, and the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. My family is already planning to return for another stay. Highly recommended!

Good place to stay. Clean, handy to lots of cafes and about 10min walk to the waterfront with restaurants and entertainment. Wouldn't call it 5 star, but definitely deserved a solid 4star. We had breakfast included, everything to cover bases, mostly Chinese type food with some European options, like eggs, sausages, toasts as well as fresh fruit. Staff doesn't speak English but easy communication via translation app.

Staying at the Four Seasons was such a beautiful experience 🌿✨ The whole place felt luxurious and welcoming, but what truly made it unforgettable was the bathtub on the balcony 🛁💫 Nothing beats soaking under the open sky with a peaceful view—it felt like my own little slice of paradise. Everything from the service to the atmosphere was top-tier, but that balcony bathtub is what I’ll be dreaming about until my next visit 💕

Third time here and we had a fantastic family holiday again! Location, beach, swimming pools and gardens are gorgeous and really well kept. We love the different pool options and the room with direct pool access is so convenient with kids. I agree with other reviews that rooms could use renovation, especially if they used to be smoking rooms, but daily cleaning is impeccable. The open air breakfast spot is lovely and breakfast choice is excellent, Chinese restaurant is also very good and provided such nice support to celebrate kid’s birthday. Derrick Liu was so helpful to address any concerns, everyone on staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Can wholeheartedly recommend!

This summer, our family decided to head to Sanya for a warm beach getaway. When selecting a hotel, I carefully considered location, price, and kid-friendly amenities, eventually booking the Sanya Bay Xinhua Suite Resort. It turned out to be an excellent choice that made our holiday truly enjoyable and full of pleasant surprises. Upon check-in, the front desk staff informed us that we had been lucky enough to receive a complimentary upgrade to a more spacious suite. Stepping into the room, we found the living room to be wonderfully spacious and bright, and the balcony offered an absolutely stunning sea view. Our child excitedly ran around, exploring their 'new territory' with great curiosity. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable, with soft bedding, ensuring we all had several nights of excellent sleep. Even better, the hotel also kindly offered complimentary breakfast for our child. The breakfast buffet at Hi Bowl All-Day Dining was fantastic, offering a wide array of both Chinese and Western cuisine. Our child happily enjoyed their meals each morning, and my partner and I were able to start our day feeling relaxed and refreshed. The hotel boasts an impressive array of kid-friendly facilities, keeping our child thoroughly entertained. The outdoor pool features a dedicated children's splash area with a suitable depth, complete with water slides and other fun activities. Our child eagerly donned their swimsuit and jumped into the water, playing to their heart's content, their laughter echoing around the poolside. The indoor kids' club also had a great selection of toys and play equipment to keep them busy, allowing my partner and me to relax nearby and enjoy a moment of peace. The hotel's location is also fantastic; the beach is just across the road from the entrance. Every evening, we'd take our child for a stroll on the beach, enjoying the beautiful sunset. Our child had a blast digging in the sand and collecting seashells. There are also plenty of convenient dining options nearby, with a variety of seafood restaurants and local eateries to satisfy all tastes. Our stay at Sanya Bay Xinhua Suite Resort was absolutely wonderful. The pleasant surprise of a room upgrade and complimentary kids' breakfast, coupled with the abundant family-friendly facilities and prime location, made our family trip truly perfect. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Sanya!

We spent our 10-day vacation at The Westin on Hainan Island. A very nice hotel with a great hotel complex. The hotel is beautifully located. The ocean and its great beach are just a few minutes' walk away, or you can also take the shuttle. The room was very spacious, very tidy, and clean. The breakfast was very good. The staff were all very friendly. Damon introduced himself to us upon arrival at the hotel. I was able to contact Damon at any time; no matter what questions or concerns I had, he took care of everything. Many thanks again to Damon. We had a wonderfully relaxing vacation at The Westin. Thank you very much.

We arrived at the hotel around 6 PM on the 23rd. We had anticipated the typhoon would arrive at 8 PM as per the forecast, but it turned out to be inaccurate. Even at 10 PM, the pool was still bustling with people enjoying themselves. Later that evening, I took a stroll from my room to the observation deck at the end of the corridor and noticed that the staff had already prepared all the sandbags for flood prevention. The front desk staff were very friendly, and our butler, Luy, was incredibly thoughtful. They even arranged for a fruit platter to be placed in our room while we were out for dinner. I felt the value for money was excellent. The facilities are comprehensive, and there's a supermarket conveniently located right next to the hotel's elevators. The road outside the lobby entrance was undergoing repairs, but this didn't affect our ability to hail a taxi; cabs were readily available nearby. On pleasant days, it's also very convenient to walk to the local market for a meal. In the evenings, the hotel pool was lively with many children, and the staff were diligently supervising, blowing whistles, and giving reminders to ensure safety. It's very convenient for families with children, and the hotel's playground is also quite spacious. By the way, in the evenings, both older gentlemen and young people could be seen sea fishing downstairs. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and felt very welcoming. The scenery here is beautiful, regardless of the weather.
