Excellent property..we always were in doubt whether to go for leela or taj. Property wise taj is best, has both backwaters and beach coverage. Family friendly, good hospitality, took care of our kids completely. Mr. Vinpugal was very helpful.

overall experience was fine. got the experience of natural habitat but the plants and trees were not maintained. They would have looked better if trimmed optimally . view from balcony was limited, lot of humidity inspite of dry weather. Breakfast could have more variety .

I had a great experience at Taj Green Cove sonce I went there for my babymoon and the staff took very good care of us.The rooms,location and the hotel food was amazing.The chef had prepared authentic South Indian cuisine which we relished at the breakfast buffet.The hospitality is one of the bedt of all hotels we have visited in India,specially Jasmine at the front desk was very caring and helpful towards is. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Kerala to have the best experience there!

From the moment we arrived to a VIP welcome till departure we were made to feel that we were at our second home. The team led by Mr Suku Verghese,Shadab Khan, Vinpugal.D,Chef Mayur Ramachandran,Anant Pandey,Jasmine,and others whose names i forget ,gave us Hospitality from the heart! The Plunge pool Villa,Excellent massage in the spa,Sadya,old songs sung by Sam at Jasmine bay, visits to Temples ,etc have left a lasting memory of The Taj Green Cove and Kerala! We shall return.

Excellent stay, the staff was very helpful and dealt with any issue with a smile and professionalism. Plenty of activities and relaxation facilities within the premises to refresh and recharge. The food selection is good, but the dessert menu is limited. Used to cater some snacky dishes too, but seems these are now stopped, It may be a good idea to re-introduce these to add a bit more variety and excitement to the overall culinary experience. Well done, keep up the good work,
