Nice ambiance and staff. Lots of activities and food was great

a very big hotel, nice beach view but cannot swim, golf cart to ferry customer around the places

I would like to thank the manager of Taj Green Cove, Mr Raj and Bait restaurant manager Mr Suman, making our 25th Marriage anniversary a memorable one. They arranged a candle light dinner near the arabian sea and created such an amazing atmosphere. Also served signature dishes, cocktail with Kerala flavour… which were all amazing. Thanks again for the entire Taj team for this!!

This is my third time at green cove its amazing to come back.. very pleasant calm peaceful beach side restaurant food is amazing. Lots of things to do and will go with lots of memories Breakfast is amazing for everyone like and rooms are big very comfortable

I rated the hotel 5 stars as it has a great pool, food and many other activities. The buggy service was excellent and quick. I would also like to add an extra 2 stars as the staff were very cordial and caretaking especially Gopi, he was very nice and always forthcoming. Also I thank Tirtha and Mohini as they cleaned our room impeccably and made our stay comfortable. Omav Gupta from my Papa s Trip advisor as I don't have trip advisor account of my own.

Fantastic holiday !! Mr Raj thank u very much for the oriental meal and matched cake for my daughter Myra. Mr pramod at the bar for the best margaritas!!! All of them spoilt us and were very courteous and obliging. They remembered all our personal preferences at all times.  We are extremely grateful . The beauty of the surroundings, the peaceful ambiance, and the variety of activities offered at the resort all contributed to an unforgettable vacation. It was truly a fantastic experience that we will cherish for years to come. Thank you for creating such a magical setting and for leading a team that is dedicated to providing exceptional service. We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were beautiful. The ocean view was worth paying the extra money. The food was just fantastic and service was good too. Gopi and Tanisha were especially kind to us. Pool was nice. The High Tea in the evening takes place next to a lagoon and the sea. It was breathtaking. Our kids and parents had a great. We will be back soon.

Excellent property...nicely maintained....special mention to exquisite greenery, plants and their maintenance...Hospitality, hygiene, staff behaviour and care for guest was top notch... Breakfast spread was good..evening sunset high tea was excellent....would like to stay again...

Our stay at Taj Kovalam was very memorable. Hospitality is outstanding. Every staff over there took care of us so nicely at every place. Food was also very tasty with variety and always ready to prepare whatever we ask for. Evening complimentary tea at Biat with stunning views of the beach is really never forgettable. Complete property is very clean and green. One would feel like in a green forest. Thank you everyone for making our vacation so memorable. Also it was my daughter’s birthday during arrival and room was decorated with a cake. We were also surprised with a gift during check out.

The Taj Kovalam is an excellent five star resort in Kovalam. Everything is exactly as (or better than) you would expect from the Taj brand. The staff go out of their way to make guests comfortable. The welcome on arrival and the amazing send-off when you depart are really special experiences. There are lots of things to do for the guests in the resort itself. All in all a wonderful place to spend a few days in Kovalam.

We had an amazing experience at Taj Green Cove. The property is beautiful, great food and especially the staff was very welcoming. The chef Pragati was very kind and agreed to make a special order custom cake for our daughter's birthday. We were also invited for Onam Satya that we couldn't attend . Mr. Aman, the duty manager personally made sure that our stay was comfortable and suggested some good near by places to visit in the limited time we had. Mr Bakshi from the Mosaic gift shop catered to our request for customization of a piece of jewelry within a couple of hours and that too on holiday for Onam. We had a wonderful stay here. Thank you everyone at Taj Green Cove for make our stay such memorable one.

Best location. Easy access to the lagoon and the beach. Extremely polite staff. Lot of outdoor activities. Lot of greenery. Feel like your in a tropical jungle. Love the evening tea by the beach. The cottages were very cozy. Lovely infinity pool. The best staff.

This is a long due review. I stayed at Taj Kovalam in June as a pre birthday celebration. It was my first time at Kerala and to this resort and the experience was mesmerising. The property is lush green and looks beautiful with a stunning sea view and back waters view. The boat ride is very calming. The rooms are spacious and super comfy. Food is excellent. But the best part is the impeccable service by the staff at the hotel. They took all possible efforts to make my birthday truly memorable. Would specially like to mention Jasmine who assisted us right from check in to check out, Clifton who always served us with a smile at the restaurants and Vinigupal from the Front Office team who helped us with a last minute car service from the hotel as our car didn’t turn up. Last but not the least how can I not mention the GM of the hotel Mr. Suku Verghese who takes personal care and gives attention to every guest. We had a great time at the hotel and would love to visit again.
