Working people very kind and supporting. But no villa cleaning (or you need to pay extra), no laundry service, villa being quiet far from Aon Ang (15 min by car) you need to book a grab, that cancelled a lot due to not knowing where it is. Or use the shuttle (free) but only 4 departure per day and no back way So you will need to pay 300bth on way to go to a restaurant, or beach or shopping.

The villa is very comfortable with all the amenities you could need to relax and cook. It’s about ten minutes drive to the beach, either Ao Nang or Ao Nam Mao. There are beautiful Mountain views from the viewing deck. The property is clean and secure. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Review of the Villa in Krabi, Thailand Unfortunately, our experience at the villa was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations. While the place itself is maintained and clean, there were significant issues that made our stay unpleasant. 1. Poor and inconvenient location – The street is completely dark with no lighting, making arrival and departure difficult and even unsafe at night. Staying here without a car or motorbike is almost impossible. 2. Not suitable for families with babies – Although we requested a baby crib when booking, we were informed just a few hours before arrival that there were no cribs available. Instead of helping us find a proper solution, they offered a folding bed that was neither suitable nor safe for a baby – and even charged an extra fee for it! 3. Poor conditions – The pool was not clean and not suitable for children. The yard and pool area were exposed to the neighbors, offering no privacy at all. Additionally, the pool view is just a plain wall, and there is no beautiful scenery from the villa whatsoever. 4. Lizards in the bathroom – During our stay, we found lizards in the bathroom. When we contacted the villa’s representative, they simply responded that it was “not dangerous” and offered no solution. 5. Terrible customer service – No one welcomed us upon arrival; they simply left us a key and that was it. We received no explanation or guidance about the villa, neither via message nor video, and had to figure everything out on our own. For example, there was only one toilet paper roll for a three-night stay, and it was unclear where to get more. 6. Very noisy – The villa was not quiet at all, which significantly disrupted our stay. 7. Not worth the price – Considering the poor service, location, lack of basic amenities, and the disappointing view, this villa is far from being worth the price we paid. In conclusion, this place did not meet our expectations and was certainly not suitable for our needs. We would not recommend this villa to families with children or anyone looking for a pleasant stay with good service.
