Resort is lovely and clean. Staff are fantastic. Isolated resort but perfect for peace and quiet. Breakfast good too. Great. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay at Shell Sea Krabi. Good service. Breakfast could be a little better. Rest of the food options are limited and expensive but understandable since its a resort. Good facilities and free shuttle to Krabi town.

lovely hotel but a bit isolated, although the hotel did offer a shuttle service into town, it wasn't at good times or frequent. the one time we tried to use it we were told it was fully booked. Everything else was good, although the breakfast could be better, poor pastries and poor service with ordering hot food and coffee

Well hotel needs renovation.... And need to improve quality of food... Breakfast not upto 5 star standards.... Staff are nice, polite,and friendly.. Location is bit far from center, Krabi.... Sauna and steam has to be paid.. Not free unlike in other 5 stars....

Very nice hotel and kids friendly. Service was top notch and explained all in full details. Nice and quiet gate away....

The great 5 star hotel and it is just like having a private beach access for all Shellsea customers Services are awesome...hotel members are very polite and they want to help as much as they can. The resort has a mini pool bar and private pool also for some rooms. They took 1000 baht for security money as deposit for 1 day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great modern facility. Wonderful service. Beach front location. Shuttle bus into Ao Nang was a great service.

The service here is excellent, staff are very polite and helpful. The food at the restaurant is great as well, the rooms are very serene, spacious and clean. Would come back here again!

Wont choose this one anymore. The beddings feel damp and wet. The location. Is inconvenient. Recommend the four stars in Ao Nang town.

Shellsea was a beautiful hotel, clean and the room was spacious! It was non-peak season while we were there so there weren't many people around - we got the family pool to ourselves one morning! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We requested their favour to drop us off at a nearby restaurant 300m away and they did. Only complain I would have is that it's further away from Ao Nang so transportation might be an issue. The hotel does offer free shuttle service to/from Aonang three times a day. We relied on Grab car to get by. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay with our 6 month old son!
