Ulasan Phu Dahla Residences

Hello, kerana menginap di Phu Dala Residence. Apa yang mengagumkan ialah Harga penginapan semasa membuat tempahan melalui Trip.com adalah jauh lebih murah berbanding aplikasi lain. dalam bilik Terdapat peningkatan dari kondo, menghasilkan ruang yang boleh digunakan sepenuhnya. Seperti di rumah, bilik air bersih, ada pancuran mandian besar, ada meja makan, sofa, TV, ruang tamu. TV di dalam bilik tidur Saya tinggal di tingkat tiga menghadap pemandangan Walaupun tak cantik sangat, boleh nampak yang hijau. Terdapat zon dapur Peti sejuk besar, rak, pinggan, mangkuk, sudu makan, sinki, dll. Zon penginapan agak sunyi, membolehkan anda berehat tanpa bunyi bising. Saya suka zon kecergasan dapatkan senaman dan kawasan kolam renang Datang duduk baring.Pemandangan memang cantik.. Dikira bagus dengan harga yang saya dapat. Telah mencuba kecergasan Tetapi kolam renang belum digunakan lagi. cubalah lain kali Kedudukan hotel berhampiran restoran. rumit dan selesa Bagi saya, saya suka berjalan pula jadi tidak menjadi masalah. Jalan masuk mungkin agak sempit. Apabila polis datang dan pergi tetapi tidak kerap Bahagian yang saya ingin cadangkan adalah seperti berikut. 1. Pembersihan Cadar ada sedikit kesan. 2. Tisu dalam bilik air habis. tidak mengisi 3. Bilik mandi tidak boleh melaraskan air panas. Atau saya tidak boleh menyesuaikan yang ini, saya tidak pasti. tetapi sukar untuk digunakan dan ingin meningkatkan kekuatan air 4. Longkang mudah tersumbat menyebabkan pancuran pada hari ke 2-3 bergenang air, terpaksa memeriksa paip perut sama ada ada tersumbat atau tidak. 5. Ruang penyambut tetamu di hadapan hotel kecil itu kelihatan sedikit tidak selesa. Akan bertemu dengan ramai tetamu, berasa tidak selesa dan kakitangan harus bersedia untuk mengalu-alukan tetamu sepanjang masa. Apabila saya pergi menunggu untuk masa yang lama Tetapi penyambut tetamu adalah peramah. meringkaskan Ia adalah tempat yang baik untuk tinggal, tidak mahal, kakitangan perkhidmatan yang baik, peramah, dengan kemudahan yang lengkap. Berhampiran tarikan pelancong, pemandangan OK, keselamatan tinggi Mudah untuk melancong

Bilik ini luas, selesa, suasana yang baik, tenang. Saya akan kembali lagi mengesyorkannya Lokasi yang selesa dan selesa, terdapat kolam renang, kecergasan.

Hebat untuk ***a hidup pangsapuri - sangat bagus untuk mempunyai ruang dan dapur kecil - dan sangat tenang dan damai. Walaupun ia adalah pangkalan yang bagus untuk pulau-pulau tempatan dan lain-lain, tempat itu sendiri adalah terpencil, jadi akan ditambah baik dengan restoran atau pasar mini asas di lokasi. Keseluruhan nilai yang baik

Great for apartment style living but area is remote, so motorbike or car rental is a must. Good overall

Nice place, rooms feel a little small, view not great, but fine for a few days.

got a two bed place, stayed for 2 nights, clean, lovely, friendly staff, gym and swimming pool, offered laundry service at reasonable price, only about 15 min walk to main centre of Ao Nang, would definately go again, after the odd one night stops, this was a change and just what we needed

Accused us of stealing/losing towels that we were not originally given we only received 2 small bath mats for the floor, they got very rude and could not see it their fault that they had forgotten to give us the towels in the first place, they eventually gave us 3 towels on our 2nd out of the 3 days we stayed, once leaving I lay all 3 towels on the bed to show them how o easy it is to do such a simple task and at reception they checked our room and told us there was no towels in the room AGAIN! They would not talk to us or let us check out until we paid for the towels, we had to pay in the end so we could get the rest of our deposit money back otherwise we would of missed our bus and been out of pocket even more, not sure if they are just thick/blind or trying to scam money out of customers for silly things. Hugely disappointed in the attitude and customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very comfortable stay. People at the reception were very sweet and accommodating. Very attentive of our needs. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a pleasant stay in ao nang. Room was great. Laundry service available.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff members are all very helpful and the rooms are amazing. The location is centrally located, with some of the prime spots in the city at a walking distance from the property. Highly recommended.

We wanted to stay here for 2 months and agreed a price with them. After handing over money for the full month & signing contracts the started to ask for more money which was not discussed prior. They asked for another full month deposit, deposit for water & electricity and then told us that we would need to pay rental fee for kitchen utensils like plates, bowls, knives, forks etc. (I mean paying to use kitchen equipment in a fully furnished apartment?! Are you serious? I’ve never heard of something like this before). All these extra costs coming after they took payment from us. None of this discussed before with us even when we asked about these details before paying. We were weighing up our options between other accommodations in the area and chose them because of the costs they initially told us (they were the more expensive option & are located further away from town) but then once they started adding extra costs it was clear they were trying to take advantage of us so we decided to ask for our money back and we left. We are disgusted with this kind of practice to conceal all costs, only to expose them after main payment being made.
