Nestled in the heart of Krabi, my recent two-day, one-night stay at Krabi Heritage proved to be a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle. From its convenient location to its impeccable cleanliness and the warmth of its staff, my experience was nothing short of memorable. Convenience is undoubtedly one of the standout features of Krabi Heritage. Situated in a prime location, it offers easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation hubs. Whether I was exploring the vibrant local markets or embarking on an adventure to nearby islands, the hotel's strategic location made every excursion effortless, allowing me to make the most of my short stay. Cleanliness is paramount, especially when it comes to accommodation, and Krabi Heritage certainly excels in this aspect. From the lobby to the rooms, every corner exuded cleanliness and attention to detail. The pristine environment provided a sense of comfort and relaxation, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploration. However, what truly set Krabi Heritage apart was its exceptional staff. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Overall, my brief retreat at Krabi Heritage was a delightful experience. Oké verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Alles ziet er wel wat meer verouderd uit dan op de fotos. Wij hadden de deluxe kamer. Deze is qua grootte prima. Badkamer klein maar wel te doen. Wanneer je de airco aanzet komt er een stank uit. Wij hebben tijdens ons verblijf 2 kamers gehad. Beiden hadden deze vervelende geur. Ontbijt buffet stelt weinig voor. Wij hebben dit 1 keer genuttigd (extra bijgeboekt, zal niet bij de prijs inbegrepen) maar is prijzig voor wat je krijgt. Was 250 bath per persoon. Personeel is vriendelijk en spreekt goed Engels. Hebben ons goed geholpen met vervoer regelen. Mochten ook kosteloos later uit checken was voor ons erg fijn was gezien onze vlucht naar huis later die dag

Senang tinggal di sini. Kakitangan sangat baik, terutamanya mereka yang bekerja di restoran semasa perkhidmatan sarapan pagi. Kira-kira 15-20 minit berjalan kaki ke Pantai Ao Nang tetapi kawasan kejiranan itu sudahpun hebat - banyak pilihan makanan. Daftar masuk adalah ok. Kolam renangnya juga bagus, sangat bersih. Saya pasti akan kembali pada masa hadapan.

Saya jarang menulis ulasan negatif, tetapi malangnya saya perlu mengatakan ini. Jika anda membandingkan kos bilik dan keadaannya, maka secara keseluruhan hotel ini tidak buruk. Kakitangannya baik, lokasi hotel juga baik, sarapan pagi yang lazat. Saya tidak suka bau yang tidak menyenangkan di bilik mandi, pemandangan dari bilik dinding bangunan bersebelahan (tetapi itu hanya nasib buruk dengan bilik) dan perkara yang paling tidak menyenangkan ialah sarung bantal yang koyak dan tuala yang koyak. Linen jelas perlu dikemas kini.

Still a good place to stay for a couple of days. Hotel are placed a little outside from Krabi Town, but there are a lot of restaurants around the Hotel. For now, a construction is going on. They are building a new reception, new Café and not to forget a new swimming pool. According to the manager they hope to be finish in November. We will be back at next year. We look forward to stay at the hotel and the new thing once again. According to manager, the hotel will have breakfast and buffet again, when renovation is finish. Note Hotel is SHA+ approved. The staff were really friendly but unfortunately after waiting 3 hours to check in I found bed bugs in the bed. I had checked reviews to avoid any place with bed bugs and there was no mention of any on other reviews. I reported in to the receptionist and they changed my room right away and had a cleaner stripping the bed straight away. However there was then bed bugs in the 2nd room, to which I immediately showed the receptionist as she was still in my last room and she just flicked it off and said they will change the sheets. My concern was that if there are bed bugs in two of the rooms on the sheets then there will be more and they reside in the mattress and below the sheets too. I said I just cannot stay there as I do not want to get bites or for my things to become infested. The receptionist said sorry there are no refunds, I read at the desk that there were no refunds under any circumstances however I understand that for other reasons but this is unacceptable and this is a clear health issue and was completely out of my control. I am disappointed with the approach towards this and feel I should have received a refund as I was not there for even an hour. This would have been a lovely stay and the staff were so kind and did try to rectify the situation by giving me a new room immediately but unfortunately due to this issue I would not recommend staying here.

As previously written, this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It is about a fifteen minute drive to Ao Nang Beach, and 15 to Krabi town. It is by a fairly main road which has a lot of traffic noise, and in an unattractive location next to a petrol station. I asked to move rooms to one further from the road. The room itself was OK. Bed OK. Bathroom OK. TV all Thai channels. No restaurant on site but a short walk from a very good dim sum restaurant where I had an excellent breakfast for £3.00. It is pick your own dimsum from the fridge and they steam them on order. When compared with other hotels I stayed in in Thailand it was very poor value. IN Chiang Mai stayed for £5 more per night in a lovely quiet and spacious hotel. An Nang itself was a disappointment. Lots of neon lights and hundreds of restaurants and dozens of travel agencies. The only redeeming feature was that it felt nearly empty of tourists. Must be incredibly hard for anyone trying to run a tourist related business.

This was a well located hotel in easy walking distance to Krabi Town & Markets. Located opposite river, room offered lovely view, was clean/comfortable & good pool. Staff were friendly & happy to assist with all needs. For example, we had hire car to drop off at airport. Staff were happy to contact agent & arrange for them to attend Hotel to collect car, saving us time/expense. Great short stay in Krabi Town.

Generally we have chose this hotel due itself great location, simply get off to downtown and market by foot couple mins. Room basically is clean and functional as same budget hotel as it shall be, but at least having a landline easily to call out desk if any assistance needed. TV remove is kind of mess that it been 2 sets as we thought it out of service.. Anyways you got what you really paid for but service of mindset at desk really needs more greets and smiles..

Bilik yang bagus, suasana penginapan yang baik Boleh makan angin dan tengok view.Selesa mata memandang.Ada swimming pool untuk bermain. Nah, semuanya bagus. Saya mengesyorkannya. Ia berdekatan dengan sumber makanan. Sangat mudah untuk mencari makanan pada harga 2 malam 3 hari lebih 2,000 baht dan pasti akan menginap lagi 🙏🎉
