I recently stayed at Tupkaek Sunset Beach Resort and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. But what really took my breath away was the stunning view of the ocean and the sunset from my balcony - it was truly breathtaking and made my stay unforgettable. The food at the resort was also delicious, with a variety of dishes that catered to different tastes and preferences. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. In particular, Noom was an exceptional host, making me feel at home and ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay. I noticed that he help a lot of the other guests too. However, there were a couple of things to be aware of during your stay. Firstly, I would recommend avoiding taking a taxi from the hotel as it can be quite expensive compared to the rates you would find outside the resort. Secondly, I had some trouble with the night shift receptionist who was quite rude and unhelpful. If you need anything during the night, it may be best to speak with the daytime staff instead. Overall, I highly recommend Tupkaek Sunset Beach Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Krabi. With its beautiful rooms, stunning views, delicious food, and friendly staff (especially Noom!), it is truly a gem in the area.

We have been visiting a variety of different resorts in Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand over the past years and this is possibly one of the better ones we have stayed at. From the collection at the airport and early check in availability to the complimentary meals, location, friendly professional staff and property standard our stay for 13 days was excellent. The Spa is must visit to iron out the COVID work from home muscle spasms. The beach is clean, water warm and view to the islands just amazing. Also a great spot to enjoy the sunset if that’s your thing! The staff are great. Fort and his team met all our needs with no fuss and a friendly smile. This was no better shown than boiled eggs being cooked to specifications and delivered to our table each morning post arrival without even asking. First class service, with thanks to Ma, Pa and Sun for looking after us in a professional way with nothing being an issue. Without hesitation we would recommend this property and are looking forward to our visit next time.

أعجبني: حجم الغرفة، مستوى النظافة، تعامل الموظفين المحترم و استعدادهم للخدمة، موقع الفندق، الهدوء و وجود شاطيء. لم يعجبني: عدم وجود خيارات واضحة للطعام الحلال، صعوبة التواصل باللغة الانجليزية مع موظفي المطاعم، كثرة السلالم و وجودها في أماكن غير متوقعة مما يشكل خطرا على العملاء. بشكل عام الفندق غير مناسب للعائلات المسلمة.

Место, где осталось сердечко 🫶🏻 Отдыхали семьей (ребенок 8 лет). Выбрали номер с джакузи на балконе, и это потрясающе наслаждаться ночным небом в ванне 🛁 Персонал мега вежливый, услужливый и очень веселый)) очень уютно и комфортно с ними. Попросили лед в номер, принесли целое ведро😅 Полотенца меняют каждый день, уборка номеров тоже ежедневно. Вид просто невероятный, отель прямо на берегу, рукой подать до островов. Лодки дежурят с самого утра, желательно приходить до 8:00 чтобы вас успели отвезти на нужный остров до скопления толпы😅 Так на остров Хонг с красивой лагуной и смотровой площадкой стоит 2200 бат. Пляж у отеля тоже очень красивый, песок нежный , белый, вода прозрачная, качели. В итоге, очень много красивых локаций) Вечером устраивали фотоохоту на крабов) идешь по пляжу и они прям выбегают из-под ног у тебя😅 сидишь и рядом краб с деловым видом копает норку, выносит песок на клешнях😅очень забавно за ними наблюдать😅 В ресторане достаточно большое меню по сравнению с рестораном из соседнего отеля. Вы можете смело ходить в рестораны разных отелей, все расположены вдоль берега. В спа пробовали разные массажи, мужу понравился warm coconut oil massage. Из минусов даже и сказать нечего🤷🏼‍♀️ Пишу отзыв и понимаю, что очень сильно скучаю по этому месту, особенно по этим крутым ребятам-администраторам, официантам, барменам, горничным☺️😩😍 вы лучшие!😘❤️ Однозначно, приедем сюда еще !🫶🏻

We arrived early in the morning before the check-in time. Staff at Banyan Tree was very helpful in helping us to settle down. Thai cuisine served at Saffron was great and definitely worth trying. Will surely return again.

This place is the ultimate heaven on earth. Of course, the room and facilities were incredible. I don't think I have to mention it here because it's very obvious in photos. But what perfects the experience here is the staff, especially a gentleman named Habib. Habib was our personal assistant for our stay. We have met a lot of great hospitality staff in different places, but he is by far the best person. The reasons are: A. He is a highly organised person. Any guests be lucky if Habib looks after them because he plans and manages your stay there thoroughly. He considers all the situations - your preference, the weather, and your whole trip schedule. Then he suggests the best options you can ever find in Krabi area and the resort. This saves a LOT of energy you would need on a trip such as googling, asking for local knowledge, decision making and stuff. With his assistance, you will have a total hassle, stress-free stay in this beautiful resort. B. Habib is also a very warm, gentle, sweet soul. Not only is he switched on, but also he is a great human. This might sound funny, but you will be able to tell how caring and gentle he is, even just by his buggy car driving skills (lol). There are so many things he offered to do and those are things we didn't even think of. Super impressive. If you're hesitating to book this place because of the price, don't be silly and just do it. It's so very worth it because it comes with a battery of complimentary perks. Warning: The rest of your holiday will be ruined after this place.
