The hotel is the on the verge of old town, pretty far away. It's okay for business travel. I like it because the room is bigger comparing to other four star hotels in downtown.

Excellent hotel, with clean, warm, comfortable, well-appointed rooms. Friendly and efficient staff. Good and not expensive bar. Nice swimming pool. Well-located on the river Vistula with easy walk to the Old Town or to the charming town of Podgorze on the other bank. First-rate shopping mall with large supermarket just round the corner. Strongly recommended.

We experienced bad costumer service. We asked for early check in, but they did not even try to help us. They had avalible room from the day before, so they should have clean room for us early. But they where rude to us and not even try to listen to us. This is sad since we have stayed her twice a year for several years. We will find a nother hotel next time.

Average hotel. Good walk to the old town No decaf coffee or soya milk at breakfast Breakfast mainly the same everyday but not too bad. We didn’t use the swimming pool as it was dated and uninviting to say the least. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable The toiletries were good but a struggle to get the contents out. The pack lunch provided was good apart from the chocolate croissants which tasted not right so they ended up in the bin The biggest issue with a very large group staying at the hotel who for 3 of our 4 nights were in and out of each rooms from 11pm to 2am and being very loud with no consideration for other guests. On our departure from the hotel at 2.45am they were all downstairs in the bar/reception area being extremely loud which the poor receptionist had to put with. Where was the leader of this group? Why was they up at this late and being loud? Why was the management of the hotel to sort it out? For this reason we will not be returning to this hotel again on our next visit to Krakow We didn’t use the restaurant as we found excellent and cheaper restaurants in the old town and the Jewish area too

Great hotel very clean and beds comfortable Staff were all very obliging and friendly The barman was lovely and made us very comfortable Meals very reasonable Really enjoyed our time here and in Krakow The history of what happened during the war was terrible
