Hotel Rubinstein is truly a dream hotel with the most amazing restaurant, with fantastic food at very reasonable prices.
Jazz playing softly in the background and tasteful unusual artwork all around the hotel, some for sale .
The staff were all wonderful, helpful and friendly.
I would definitely choose to stay here.
Thank you Hotel Rubinstein for a memorable stay and i hope to return soon.

At the heart of Krakow Kazimiersz neighboorhood, 100 m away from the Old Synagogue, a very old building converted to a modern hotel. Quite comfortable rooms. Easy access to tramcars next door. However if the room is facing tramcar street, very noisy. Limited but tasty breakfast. Attentive reception and restaurant staff. Very friendly and well managed hotel.

I loved Krakow, the hotel was great and my room was perfect. But the thing that made my trip so special was the care and attention given to me by the reception staff. I am not usually a solo-traveller and was a bit unsure whether I would really enjoy myself. However, the receptionists organised me tours and booked me into the most lovely restaurant, and generally pointed me in the right direction. I felt truly taken care of. Thank you Hotel Rubinstein.

An excellent hotel very well priced the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The prices in this area are a little higher than the Old Town but an Uber there is only a few pounds. Robert the bar manager is very knowlageble about the area and very aimiable. I would highly recommend this hotel and thank the staff for a very pleasant stay we will return.

Staff were extremely helpful, especially the receptionists and the lady in the dining-room when we had breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble and the lady in the dining-room even obtained gluten free sausages and cakes for breakfast (one member of the party was gluten-free). The rooms and beds were very comfortable. We started in room 104 but this was extremely close to the tramline that ran until 11.30pm & started again by 4.45am. The noise was very loud so we were moved to room 403 that was on a different side of the hotel. This room was comfortable but smaller and only had a bath (with a shower head) and it was difficult to access the plug points with some hanging on an extension lead. Location of hotel was good for restaurants and walking to the Schindlers museum. Walking to the Old town was approx 15-20 mins.

A wonderful old hotel in the heart of the Jewish Quarter, facing onto a quiet square. All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is ideally situated, for easy transfer to and from Kraków Airport, and for those who don't mind a short walk to the old town. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone considering a visit to Kraków, which I would also highly recommend.

We recently enjoyed a 4 night stay at this beautiful hotel and would highly recommend. Pleasant and helpful staff, an amazingly large deluxe room overlooking the square and a fantastic breakfast each morning were the highlights. The Rooftop bar was beautiful at night with amazing views over the city. Located in the Jewish quarter, the hotel is within comfortable walking distance of the main square but has several lovely bar and restaurant options right on its doorstep. Thank you to the team at Hotel Rubinstein for a fantastic few days - we will return!!

Lovely hotel in heart of Jewish quarter. Within walking distance of main market square. Nice accommodation and lovely breakfasts every morning. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Worth visiting the Sky Bar for a cocktail or two and enjoy the views over the city. I would definitely return to this hotel when I next visit Krakow. No complaints but worth asking for extra pillows when you arrive. As for Krakow - dining out is fabulous and can definitely recommend local Polish Restaurants as the food is delicious
