G12 Aparthotel

Heating wasn’t working properly. The front desk tried fix it but didn’t work so they upgraded me to a different room. The original bathroom has a strong 渠味. Check in is supposed to be done though getting the PIN code via SMS but didn’t work with me until I had to call them twice. No front desk reception either but they are available on WhatsApp.

We stayed at G12 Aparthotel and was very pleased with how close we was situated to the main spare of Krakow. 1-2 min walk. There is a taxi rank at the end of the road where it cost little amount to get around to other parts of the city if you don’t wish to walk. We done two excursions while we were here and both of the pick up points/main pick up points for any excursion is a 5 minute walk away. The room is perfect if you are planing on being out all day. Has everything you need inside the apartment. Any help you need is a simple WhatsApp message away with quick replies. Clean and tidy. Excatly what we expected and wanted. We would definitely recommend G12 to anyone coming to Krakow.

We stayed here for a few days. Room is very comfortable and roomy. Very clean and had a great shower. It had everything you could ask for in an apartment. Location is fantastic, literally a 2 minute walk to the main square. I emailed the hotel to check in and they responded instantly with clear instructions about codes to enter the hotel and room. Very easy process. Would definitely recommend and I would come again. It's about 15 mins from the main train station too.
