Przyjemna strefa spa, duży basen z atrakcjami np. przeciwprąd, wodospad. Jest jacuzzi na kilka osób. Niestety tylko 6 leżaków i sauna z przeszklonymi drzwiami na widoku.
Śniadanie wyśmienite, duży wybór dań z karty i w bufecie (jest nawet sushi). Warto przyjechać dla samego śniadania.
Klimatyzacja w pokoju po każdym wyjściu resetuje się do 22 stopni, to trochę za zimno.

So glad we ended up staying at the charming Copernicus for our first trip to Krakow. The location is ideal: right by the beautiful Wawel Castle with a great walk to the top of the hill. The street is very ancient and beautiful and the key is- it’s quiet! We realized once in Krakow that many hotels would be noisy and in and near the old town square can get very crowded and touristy and noisy. Copernicus is not that. The concierge team helped us so much via email before we arrived. I would highly recommend all of them, very quick to answer and helpful. They organized a private tour guide for us at Auschwitz and a driver to take us there quickly and comfortably. With a packaged lunch. Seamless. And they made several dinner bookings for us. All fun and delicious. We also preferred to eat breakfast out and about and then suggestion of Bistro Charlotte was perfect. Somehow the hotel also managed to let us keep our same castle-view room for all of our nights, when I’d booked it they had said we would have to change for our last night. All to say- excellent service and attention to detail. Thank you team. Bravo.

This was a unique experience to us. We stayed in room 200 which isn' a room but an apartment of 125 square meters: Two large bedrooms, a living room with a piano, a small kitchen and a huge bathroom. And all is furnished with lovely, old furniture and is nicely renovated. I guess that it used to be the old owners own home? But the apartment is on ground floor, in one direction (the bathroom) facing the hotel yard, and the other direction (the bedrooms) facing a small street. This was not a problem to us, but might be it to other guests. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good, but not fantastic. The hotel is very close to both the railway station and the old town.

Fab central location. Just a few minutes walk to the main square. The Hotel is spotlessly clean & the old world decor is beautiful. Loved my single room. Comfy bed with great pillows ensured a good nights sleep. We appreciated the safe & tea/coffee facilities & great air con in the rooms. Definitely book breakfast for your stay. Really good selection of hot & cold dishes on offer. Loved the fresh croissants. The staff from reception, restaurant & housekeeping were very friendly & helpful. Reception booked airport transfers & tours to Auschwitz & the Saltmines for us a few weeks before we arrived. Would definitely stay at this hotel again

As a solo traveller abroad for the first time I was somewhat apprehensive, but thanks to Martyna's patience answering my numerous questions before I set off, all went almost perfectly. Great hotel & location in the Jewish Qtr, v friendly & helpful staff. Just a short 15/20 min walk to the Old Town Square. Numerous bars & restaurants in the Jewish Qtr nearby this hotel, definitely recommend Starka for a quality meal. Restaurant next door to the hotel, then a bar, then a place for breakfast (Cytat Cafe), all of which I tried, so you don't have to wander far if you don't want to!

Really great place to stay. The room was fully equipped (very comfy bed, big wordrobes, nice bathroom, small kitchen with an oven, kettle and microwave). The stuff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast were delicious. Easy access to the city centre (two direct trams) and airport (tram+bus). I can fully recommend it.

Great location very close to Wawel castle. You can admire view on the river Wisła from balcony. This is a great place to stay with your partner for a romantic weekend but I also imagine that it can be very comfortable for family holidays. Cozy bedroom with big bed, lovely living room with sofa, well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom are what you will find in the hotel. I really appreciated that they have iron and ironing board. Staff is helpful and present 24/7.

Spent four nights in at Hotel Wawel which was excellent in every way. Location is a short walk from all of the main attractions in Krakow, the castle, Jewish Quarter, Main Square in Old Town but still blissfully quiet. Tons of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Only took us a 25min walk to and from the train station to get the airport shuttle. Room was spacious and super clean. Bathroom was also modern and very clean. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room but a free coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine on the first floor which was even better, delicious coffee. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They were attentive and assisted us in booking a couple of day excursions with hotel pick-up. Breakfast was wonderful with pretty much anything you could want, and at convenient times for all (7-10). Would stay here again without any hesitation in the future.

Apartmen-apartmen yang indah terletak berhampiran bandar lama Kraków, dengan kakitangan yang lebih cantik.
Ia berada dalam 15 minit berjalan kaki ke hampir setiap tarikan di bandar. Kami jatuh cinta dengan Kraków dan orang ramai adalah sebahagian besar daripadanya. Semua orang di sini berusaha keras untuk membantu kami merancang perjalanan kami. Apartmen-apartmen ini dikendalikan oleh anak-anak muda yang bergaya dan berpengetahuan dengan kebanggaan dan pengetahuan dalam budaya tempatan.
Satu-satunya kaveat ialah ia tidak mempunyai lif/lif. Oleh itu, ingatlah itu jika anda melancong dengan banyak bagasi.
Keseluruhan 10/10 pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi.

JJtbagogoWe stayed three nights at the Venetian House Aparthotel. The location is superb. You exit the hotel straight onto the main square Rynek Glowney. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and couldn’t do enough to help. We stayed in room 18 which was approached by its own little balcony overlooking the restaurant downstairs. We didn’t use any of the facilities of the hotel, because we had day trips booked and we knew that we would have early starts on all the days. The room itself was clean, warm, furnished nicely, with comfortable beds and masses of pillows to choose from. It had a small kitchenette with a sink, hob, microwave and fridge. The bathroom was modern and the shower was hot and very powerful. A real treat at the end of a day after many, many steps around Krakow and surrounding areas. We loved our stay and we will definitely return.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama駅から近く歩いて10分以内で行けます。旧市街の中心にありクラクフ観光に最適です。フロントはフレンドリーで、朝食サービスのスタッフもとても良いです。*料理やパンケーキ、ワッフルなどオーダーでき、出来たてをいただけます。チーズケーキも大変美味しく、朝にcavaを飲めるのも嬉しい。カプチーノはマシンでセルフできますが、ぜひオーダーしてその技術を楽しんでください！ とてもとてもオススメのホテルです。

We chose this hotel only because is so closed to ICE Krakow, the venue for a concert we were about to attend. The room is basic, on the small side, but except for the fridge, it has everything you need. Only two pillows and two large towels... The bed is hard but, some how, quite comfy. You can walk to Wawel Castle (which is just across the river), Old Town, Kazimierz, Stradom, tram station is very close to the hotel. It's a very good base to explore the city. Even the railway station is in walking distance, if you plan a day trip out of the city. For us, coming from the south, so easy to reach by car. Parking is 45PLN/night, but is limited in space. I saw a lot of paid public parking places around.

Unfortunately, there is no fridge in the room. Also, during hot summer days, it’s really hot in the room without an air con. We used a fan in the room but it was still quite hot.

PPengguna Tetamuクラクフ中央駅から徒歩5分くらいで、クラクフ旧市街までも徒歩10分程度で、他にも観光地が徒歩圏内で回る事が出来ます。
コンビニは徒歩1分の場所にあります。旧市街地に近いこともあり、建物は古いです。スタッフも明るくてフレンドリーです。
私は他にもアウシュビッツ強制収容所博物館やヴェリチカ岩塩坑も行きましたので、クラクフ中央駅を拠点に観光する事に
なりますので駅が近いことを重要視しました。するとここが一番コスパの良いホテルということで決めました。
結果、良かったです。
因みに、エアコンと冷蔵庫はありません。無いのがヨーロッパでは普通です。

We are just back from Kraków this was our 4th visit in 16 years, 0ct 2023 and oct 2024 we stayed in the Alexander,ALL the staff in this hotel work to a very high standard,every part of the hotel is spotless.in 2023 we only had a minor complaint and that was uk customers like brown toast,may sound petty,but alas on our recent visit there was a small electric toaster for all to use,we used it everyday and so did so many other residents,and it was great to see that management reacted to last year,while we will not be in Kraków for a few years we will definitely recommend the Alexander to all our friends and relatives that will be visiting Kraków,Great location for public transport and hospitality facilities. There is a variety of rooms. Dorm rooms with (just) four beds (not bunks) and attached bathroom are better than in other hostels in the same price bracket. The renovated place is light and kept clean. Check-in is straightforward and pretty well organized. All facilities such as the hot shower and WiFi worked well. Beds were comfortable. Good there are lockers. Enjoyed the modern well equipped kitchen where I could cook and sit at one of the many tables. The location is within walking distance to the old town. Since the last time I stayed here, more guests behaved rather anti-social. Moreover, there were groups with youngsters (sometimes loud). At the court yard very early in the morning someone would start his motorbike (noise!). Every day the same. There is not always someone at the reception. I used the luggage storage for which you need a key. Because the receptionist was absent, I missed my bus. So plan enough time to pick up left luggage.

In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.
