I arrived at hotel late after a long day of walking and was completely ignored by receptionist as she took a phone call that lasted over 10 minutes...2 single duvet covers on a double bed was very strange and the cleaner in morning banging doors and making a lot of noise at 8am..not impressed but the river view in morning was spectacular and the burger I ordered was huge

We chose this hotel only because is so closed to ICE Krakow, the venue for a concert we were about to attend. The room is basic, on the small side, but except for the fridge, it has everything you need. Only two pillows and two large towels... The bed is hard but, some how, quite comfy. You can walk to Wawel Castle (which is just across the river), Old Town, Kazimierz, Stradom, tram station is very close to the hotel. It's a very good base to explore the city. Even the railway station is in walking distance, if you plan a day trip out of the city. For us, coming from the south, so easy to reach by car. Parking is 45PLN/night, but is limited in space. I saw a lot of paid public parking places around.

駅併設のショッピングセンター中央あたり一階から出ると目の前です。アウシュヴィッツ博物館へ行くために一泊しました。フロントの方々も感じが良く質問にも分かりやすく答えてくれました。
部屋は清潔で広さもよく快適でした。翌日の出発が夜でしたがスーツケースをその時間まで預かってもらえたので大変助かりました。

I recently stayed at Ibis Hotel Krakow and overall, it was a comfortable experience, deserving of a 3.5-4 star rating out of 5. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean enough.
However, one notable aspect was the absence of complimentary water bottles in the room. For a hotel within a recognized chain, it's somewhat disappointing not to find this basic amenity readily available.
Despite this, the hotel's location make it a decent choice for travelers seeking a convenient stay for 1-2 nights while in Krakow.

I arrived at the hotel around 10:00 pm after a long journey - I was greeted with information that the system was down and it was not possible to check me into the room I booked and that I had to wait in the bar area. Fortunately, the complications did not last long, otherwise it would be reasonable to offer at least a glass of water while waiting for the problem to be solved. However, this is a detail compared to the point: in the room I had no way to turn off the fan, which was so loud that I couldn't sleep. I reported the problem at the reception the next day and asked to turn off the fan - I received information that at the moment there is no such possibility, because the person responsible and able to do it is currently not at work. As a solution, I was offered earplugs, which are very uncomfortable for me to sleep in, but as they say ”better than nothing”. I was hoping for a shade of relaxation during my two-day stay, and as a result I left the hotel with a headache. Two nights of sleep deprivation, annoying ”humming” of the fan in the room and the inability to open the window = drama.

A bit out of town but a nice hotel. Service was great, we had an executive room and the executive lounge was outstanding for breakfast and a drink in the evening before heading into town. I’d really recommend this hotel as long as you don’t mind the walk or text into town.

PPengguna TetamuWe recently stopped at the AC Hotel by Marriot Krakow for a three-day city break. Let’s talk about the positives first… The hotel is in a great location, it is not too far from the city centre but is on the outskirts, a few minutes’ walk from a large green recreational ground which was lovely. A Bolt (Somewhat a European version of Uber) was almost instantly available at the hotel, and we never waited more than four minutes. A Bolt cab into the city was approximately £2.50 which was great too. The hotel is clearly very new, and this shows with its modern design and use of LED ***** lights which look amazing at night-time. The reception area is modern, has free coffee machines (for use between 1000 hours and 1600 hours) and has a bar within, which again, is very nice. The spa was lovely and is included within the price of the room. We visited at approximately 0900 hours, and it was very quiet which was nice, at one point, we were the only people within the spa. Though, don’t allow looks to deceive you. There were some annoyances with the AC Hotel by Marriot Krakow, and I think it is important to raise them. Firstly, the hotel is next to a building site, which is not evident from the pictures of the hotel’s website or online listings. We paid for an upgraded room with a balcony so you can imagine the disappointment when we learnt it was overlooking a very loud and dusty building site – so much so that the balcony was unusable. Secondly, the AC. (Not the name, the air conditioning!). This hotel uses the AC controls which link in with the windows and doors to prevent loss of energy, which is all well and good when it works. Ours seemed to glitch out constantly and as such locked the AC in the off position. We rung reception after spending a few hours in unbearable heat to be told that there was nobody who could help in the evenings and that they’d send someone in the morning. Fine, so we went to bed only to be woken by someone an hour later who said that they had come to look at the AC. We got up whilst the lady, what can only be described as “faffed” with the AC and then shrugged her shoulders and left – without resolving the issue. Now, if we could have opened the window, or the balcony door, to solve the issue then it wouldn’t have been as much as a big deal, yet it was a trade off between unbearable heat or construction site noise and dust. Another annoyance is when we ordered room service. We telephoned down to the bar and asked if they sold “Sauvignon Blanc”. We were told that they did and that it was however much. I asked for two bottles, and they said that they’d send someone up with it. 45-minutes later, the first waitress arrived with a trolley, an ice bucket, two wine glasses and two bottles of Chardonnay. We explained that we had ordered Sauvignon Blanc and that we would be grateful if she wouldn’t mind swapping it for the correct wine. PPengguna TetamuWe had a fantastic stay at this small boutique hotel The staff were helpful and very quick to reply to our questions. It is half way between the main square and the Jewish quarter We were a group of 4 friends we had 2 rooms that were joined giving us two beautiful modern bathrooms .One with a free standing bath and the other with a walk in shower .The rooms were large with fridge and tea making facilities.The rooms were very warm and cozy as it was deep snow .The thermostats were easy to use so you could have the room the temperature to suit yourself. We had an early start one morning so the hotel provided us with breakfast bag we were amazed at the amount they had given us .. We had a fantastic stay would recommend this hotel great value for money a real gem .

CClairemfalveyLocation was fantastic, only a few steps from the old town square. Getting in was a bit of an issue. The phone number given on trip.com was not correct but luckily the door was open and on the lift there was another phone number and then I had to wait 10mins on the phone. However Once I had the information, the room was lovely with a bath by the window. It felt quite luxurious with amenities etc. My only gripe was the windows didn't block out much sound and the blinds did not block out much light. There was also a note apologizing for renovation noise. So I was woken up at 5am by workers moving things on and off from that time.

This was a unique experience to us. We stayed in room 200 which isn' a room but an apartment of 125 square meters: Two large bedrooms, a living room with a piano, a small kitchen and a huge bathroom. And all is furnished with lovely, old furniture and is nicely renovated. I guess that it used to be the old owners own home? But the apartment is on ground floor, in one direction (the bathroom) facing the hotel yard, and the other direction (the bedrooms) facing a small street. This was not a problem to us, but might be it to other guests. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good, but not fantastic. The hotel is very close to both the railway station and the old town.

LLvDarynaIt’s a decent hotel for its price with delicious breakfast and convenient location. Staff is welcoming and friendly. There’s a safe at the reception if you need it. Room has all kinds of cutleries, pots and pans, and a little stove which makes it suitable for cooking your own food. But in the room there’s no toothbrush and toothpaste as well as slippers. Also shampoo and shower gel is like all-in-one, so make sure to bring your own toiletries. The other good thing is that water can be taken at the reception or in a breakfast room if you run out of that you were provided with.
I enjoyed my stay and definitely can recommend this hotel

so i choose this hotel for my 3 night stay,
i was absolutely shocked to hear that a boutique hotel provides no safe deposit box in your room,
you have to hand over your personal items at reception for safe keeping,
This is absolutely not the way to run a boutique hotel ,
so i was left waiking around with passport & cash,They also do not provide a room clean service & will charge you for changing bedding,
i will definitely avoid this hotel for future stays,

BBojacáJuanIn general the hostel is a great option price-value. I would recommend it. The change the staff very often and the service was better from one than from others. We wanted to rent the bikes that they offer but their tires were all flat. Some receptionists didn’t even say hi back to you and when we asked for recommendations on where to eat, one of them just said “go to the main square”.
We stayed in a room with a private bathroom, and for paying more I would have liked to enjoy some basic extra services such as towels (you have to pay a deposit for them ONLY IN CASH), a floor towel and a hairdryer would be nice.
The garden is nice and the cleaning is quite good. The internet isn’t fantastic but I would say that in Krakow in general I have experienced the same, even at the airport and libraries.

The position of the hotel is perfect location a very short walk and in main square lots to places to eat in area of hotel and not far to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and welcoming with breakfast brought to room found very repetitive but nice fresh food. Lots of seps to get to your room.
