We were given a handicap room without me asking for it. Staying in that room for 3 nights was not comfortable at all since the bathroom zinc is very low and it is not very friendly for a guy like me with a lower back problem. After asking the reception for a swap, I was told that there are no other rooms available. It was OK for the first night, but I never received any offer the next day. After sending an email to the support desk, I was expecting an answer. After staying 3 nights and with a very bad experience, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast also was not that excellent anymore compared to our previous stays. Being a regular customer and a member of the Scandic Friends Membership Club, I was expecting a better treatment.

Really spacious room with comfortable bed,cute decor.We had the room facing square, it was very quiet till someone got drunk ,got out of the bar and started yelling.Not hotel falt by any means. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.Fruits,vegetables-I appreciate a lot, as I am vegetarian. They even had loose tea and tea pots(I didn't see it at first,bummer). Thank you for nice stay!

Exeptional good value for money, good and comfy beds, large rooms, the brekfast has everything you need, the location is fantastic, the check in was fast and the staff is very nice I recomend this hotel you get very much for your money, lots of restaurants in short distance from the hotel

Ein Hotel, das bereits in die Jahre gekommen ist. Es wurde oberflächlich „renoviert“, indem man günstige Möbel (z.B. wackelige Blech-Beistelltische und -Stühle) gekauft hat und dann wurde das Zimmer neu gestrichen bzw. mit einer bunten Tapete und einem Vorhang ausgestattet. Die Deckenlampe war leider defekt. Allerdings wurde das Bad nicht bzw. höchst unwesentlich erneuert, denn zumindest bei uns (im Zimmer 305) waren die Fliesen und Armaturen bereits älter - völlig vom Glauben sind wir allerdings abgefallen, als wir die Position der Toilette im Bad „bestaunten“ - es war uns schlicht nicht möglich, in unserem Zimmer die Toilette zu benutzen (siehe Fotos)! Eine nicht funktionierende Dusche ist eine Sache, aber eine nicht nutzbare Toilette leider etwas viel gewichtigeres! Positiv wäre folgendes zu erwähnen: Unser Bett war soweit anständig und wir konnten (nach einer langen Fahrt an diesem Tag) auch gut schlafen! Wichtig ist mir aber auch, dass hier die Angestellten sehr nett waren: Beide Rezeption-Angestellten waren nett und vor allem die Dame, die das Frühstück erfreut hat war sehr zuvorkommend, sauber und schnell!
