En cuanto al hotel, nada que decir, super buenas instalaciones. Lo malo es que la noche que llegamos, llegamos pasado el horario del check in (por retraso de nuestro vuelo), y pese a haber avisado con tiempo la situación, no nos querían dar una solución. Fue hasta que llegamos e insistimos un poco que al final nos enviaron a un "apart hotel" muy cerca y ellos asumieron el costo. Entendemos que a esa hora el sistema no les permitía entregarnos nuestra habitación, pero habiendo avisado con 4 horas de anticipación, creo que podrían haber hecho algo más para ayudarnos, en fin, no se vio tanta colaboración y ganas de ayudar por parte del hotel. Fuera de eso, fue una buena estancia.

Horrible service! The hotel is very dirty! The worse customer service ever! The owner is a nasty person who yells at people and doesn’t help anyone with their requests. It is the worst experience ever!

Lovely hotel,It was newly renovated.The staff was amazing,very friendly and helpful,the owner even offered us free drinks for welcoming such a nice thing.The rooms were clean and the two pool just wow.I recommend it to everyone.We wanted to stay more days but the hotel was fully booked daily,but we will be back for sure another time😍

Nice position, right in the main road of Ksamil but not good for for the price we payed. The cleaning staff was really nice and helpful but the waiter/receptionist should change his job, not a smiling person in the wrong business: arrogant, rude and not helpful. Our toilet was leaking and after 2 days they changed our room: good but not enough. The air conditioner had a problem with the plug and wasn’t working, at the tv we couldn’t change channel and we couldn’t go to sleep before midnight because the hotel is just next door with a restaurant with loud music and annoying noises. The breakfast is everyday the same: cold sausage, cold fried egg and fake sugary juice. If you want a coffee you have to pay extra. For the average price you pay in ksamil this hotel is over priced for the things you get. Wrong choice to pick ilio for your ksmail holiday. Plenty of other hotel options with the same amount of money. From my points of view this is a 2 stars hotel, not 4 stars.

Costoso in rapporto a quanto offerto. Alloggiati sul retro in stanza per 4, sebbene nuova essa presentava alcuni problemi: nessun armadio, cassaforte non murata, condizionatore che si ostruiva allagando la stanza, infine spesso partiva il generatore di corrente rumoroso e con forte odore di gasolio. Modesta la colazione per qualità.

Pesimo, habiamos hecho una reservacion y nos la han cancelado 2 dias antes sin ninguna motivacion. NO LO RECOMIENDO te dejan en la calle y el personal no sabe hablar ni ingles ni espanol, lo cual dificulto mas la comunicacion.

Personale maleducato. Di cattivo gusto. Prenotazione annullata a pochi giorni dall'arrivo in struttura con una fantomatica scusa di incendio. Senza valida motivazione e dopo avere saldato la camera. Per nulla professionale. Esperienza da incubo con largo anticipo di prenotazione. Consiglio di cambiare lavoro l'albergatore non è per lei . Vale nulla. Non consiglio di visionare neache.

Al nostro arrivo le camere erano state date via dandoci overbooking nella piattaforma di prenotazione. Esperienze veramente unica e da dimenticare. Attenzione a questa struttura perché da via le camere al miglior offerente e della vostra prenotazione se ne frega. Fare ospitalità vuol dire tutt'altro,vergogna!!
