We lost our money inside the unit. The foreign staff entered our unit to put the detergent when we went outside. We suspect he steals the money as the owner said he didn't pass the cleaning fees to office also

Everything was perfect but so sad because of the bad communication. The host never reach us even on the date we arrive at the place. We reach at the residence around 430pm but until then the host never try to call us or msg us. I used to stay at another apartment residence but the host will guide us how to collect the key even the parking they provide for us. Im really feel sad because this is my vacation with my family. For sure i will not repeat to stay in here again.

Worst 3 nights experience ever! Property does not have receptionist, only 1 security guard and very unfriendly. No computer, so even when we already book, they don't have the data.
Security guard ask us to find the so called "Agent" somewhere in the building nearby there but did not give proper address or directions. So we have to walk around guessing which is the "Agent" office.
We call ******* and they are very helpful to call the building and reconfirm our stay. After long process finally we are allowed to check in at 15:00.
Hallway is very hot, no aircon. Room is dirty as if it is an abandoned apartment. No soap provided, cutlery dirty, and so on.. First and last ever to stay in this place.
