Millerz Square by Tido Tido

Units consider clean but the both 3rd tier cabinet got dust no clean until 3rd tier, electric stove also oily no clean properly, kitchen ware got plate, bowl, cook ware but no have spoon and fork, wonder how to eat, only hv one kind of liquid soap, dunno is for body or hair, very limited amenities, already check out many days but not yet get refund my deposit

Have ask to check in early due to very early flight but no response. I have to call only has some efficiency. Sadly, after checking in, I have to change to another room again due to the bed was in bad shape which I thought it will hurt my back as Im going to stay for five nights. In the new room there are some amenities which I request from the customers service and it took some time for them to provide me only after several messagings and followed with call only they attend to you. They should have check the room before letting the guest enter the room. Thought could have a better rest but end up asking for things for few hours.

I have stayed at Millerz Square many times under different operators, I have always regarded Millerz Square to be of great value and convenient. However, Millerz Square by Tido Tido, was a disappointment, , the place looked bare and unwelcoming, i]no drinking water was provided, no tower rack in the bathroom.  The mattress was old and should have been replaced `a long time ago, it sunk in the middle, and as I have a bad beck, the two nights was most uncomfortable. I have booked Millerz Square again  for June, under another operator, but Tido Tido, would need to up their services if  they want returned customers.

This is not my first time staying at Millerz Square, but my previous experience was with a different owner, not Tido Tido. That stay was excellent, which is why I didn’t bother checking reviews this time—big mistake. If I had read them beforehand, I would NEVER have booked with Tido Tido. 1. Cleanliness – Absolutely Disgusting The moment we stepped into the unit, we were hit with an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. It was unbearable. Since we were rushing out for a concert, we could only open all the windows and hope the smell would fade—but it didn’t. We ended up sleeping in a house that reeked of smoke all night, like we were stuck inside a KTV room. The kitchen was filthy. The countertop was visibly oily, and the floor was even worse. It was so dirty that after walking barefoot for a while, my feet turned black, like charcoal. It was clear that the place hadn’t even been mopped after the last guest. From the air to the floor, everything felt unclean. How does the owner dare to rent out a unit in this condition? Ridiculous! 2. Parking – Extremely Inconvenient Unlike my previous stay, where an access card was provided, Tido Tido offers NO access card for parking. Instead, you have to use your own TNG card and go to the guardhouse to waive the parking fee every single time you leave. This is beyond frustrating. Other owners provide an access card that allows guests to enter and exit seamlessly, so why can’t Tido Tido do the same? 3. Deposit – Feels Like a Scam The final straw that made me decide to write this review was the RM100 deposit. I had no issue paying it, but the owner failed to refund it within 48 hours as promised. It feels like they’re just waiting for guests to forget about it. If you don’t keep chasing them, your deposit is as good as gone. Final Verdict – Not Worth RM1! There is absolutely nothing good about this stay. My family members couldn’t sleep well due to the horrible smoking smell, and the overall experience was just awful. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs!
