Majestic by Avery at KLCC【Located in the City Center+10 mins Walk to Twin Towers+Rooftop Infinity pool】

I had a wonderful stay at Majestic By Avery. The property is located right in the city center with a stunning view of the Petronas Twin Towers. It is one of the few full-service residences in Kuala Lumpur, which makes the experience even more special. The service is truly five-star — the concierge team is professional and speaks multiple languages, making communication very smooth. The highlight is definitely the rooftop infinity pool, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the entire city. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays!

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The location is ideal, with convenient access to the KLCC and beautiful views from the roof top. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to assist, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a truly pleasant experience, and I would happily return and recommend this hotel to others.

Great location, just a few minutes drive to the Petronas Twin Towers and Suria KLCC mall. Although there were ongoing renovation or construction, the room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very close shopping mall nearby, makes it easier to buy groceries or to have breakfast. Extra highlights: the sky pool and gym at top level.

Worst staying experience. Booked for studio with 1 double bed, 2 futon bed but ready 1 futon only, staff refuse to provide another bed because saying we booked for 3 adult which is sufficient, however we brought 2 kids. After argument only they agreed to provide another futon bed. Please bear in mind that the futon bed is very thin type, u will have backache after 1 night sleeping.. families travelled shall take note, no water dispenser, and microwave is not available. However mineral water is provided with unlimited supply. Another worst things host request us to pay RM200 deposit upon check in! We find it unreasonable and refuse to pay. After discussion only they ok not need to pay. The amenities is average. Location is not good. Walking distance to quill city mall around 5min, there is no convenient store by walking distance. Access card suddenly not working. Induction cooker unable to turn on.Need to call host to fix. Whole building seem alot unit under going renovation, not exclusive at all. Really a lot of hassle in this staying period. Swimming pool and gym is fine tho.

Very nice view from the rooftop area and also service very efficient

Sofa and dinning chairs were full of dusk, seems like nobody stay nor clean up the place. Not suitable for solo traveller especially if you are a female. Construction is on going throughout the days and things were lying around at the corridors area, pretty messy. Surrounding was messy as well, doesn’t feel safe to walk alone especially night time. Service was bad, requested for additional towel and they told me they would be able to send during 9-6pm. But they kept postponing and I didn’t receive the towel eventually.
