Seriously, do NOT stay at this hotel! It's absolutely awful. The environment is terrible, everything is dilapidated and run-down, there isn't a single decent spot.

Breakfast a bit disappointed, not much choice, fair taste,

Room was stinky especially when AC was on. Carpet was really dirty - it was scare to walking on bare foot. I also got dirty towel but there is a room service every day so they changed it. Place should have more elevators, sometimes we wait 10 minutes do go down or up. Breakfast was ok, but everyday the same. Pool has a nice view.

centrally located in KL ...KTM and LRT station at walking distance..Sunway Putra mall near close by ..

Within 15 minutes of checkin, fire alarms were rung. All the guests were afraid of fire & the hotel authority ensured that it was a false alarm. But same thing happened even at 1:17AM. This time we were informed that it was a test! In whole night, it was repeated time to time. The room was at 35 th floor & it took about 20 minutes to make the room cool. It is recommended to have 2 keys to make sure that the ac is running all the time. Otherwise after coming from outside, you to suffer. Room carpet is old fashioned & nearby shops, restaurants are at 5 minutes walking distance. The hotel has its own shop & restaurant & these are the most convenient as you don’t have any other option. Breakfast was so so with a limited item & the restaurant is little bit congested. But the food quality & taste is good. The most beautiful part of this hotel is the view from the room-it’s amazing. Overall the hotel is neat & clean & staffs are very friendly. We are pleased with the service of the staffs. The hotel has all types of amenities & room facilities. Except the alarm, all other odd things are acceptable as those are minor.

My stay here was disappointing from the start. The room looked nothing like the photos online – it was small, dim, and had a musty smell. The air-conditioning was old and noisy, making it difficult to rest. Cleanliness was below standard too The service didn’t help. Breakfast, which was supposed to be a highlight, turned out cold and offered very limited options. What made things worse was the parking situation. Despite being a guest, I was still charged for parking. For a hotel that already struggles with comfort and service, charging extra for parking feels unreasonable.

The front desk staff couldn't speak Chinese, and I quickly lost patience trying to communicate with my phone translator.

carpets in the room was very dirty, sockets are coming out from walls, not value to money.

Rooftop pool has an amazing view Brilliant location with just few mins away from the metro station and a big shopping mall. Room is comfy but facilities are a bit old.

Very very dirty and greasy. Would not recommend or book again. There were baby cockroaches in toilets. However staff was extremely kind to help us clean the apt suite.

The room's location is good, but the service and air conditioning here are very slow. Even after we complained, it wasn't fixed.and the breakfast was so basic.the pool view was outstanding.
