I stay with my friend for 1 night . The room is ok but the hotel dont provide soap if you want to take A Bath . You should bring it yourown

This hotel is a cheaters all.showing room amenities has bathtub but they provided a 3rd class poor service room without bathtub.

Everything was clean and comfortable. There's a beautiful Hindu temple nearby, along with Indian shops and cafes.

Best location, easy access to public transport and eateries nearby. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Easy to reach the hotel from KL Sentral. Surrounded with many Indian temples and restaurants

stayed in a private room without window. there was a water dispenser in the hallway. located in the middle of the apartment where indians live, so that you can find some indian food easily.

It's within walking distance of KL Sentral, and located in Little India, so you'll have no trouble finding Indian food. The self check-in machine's display was unintelligible, but staff were always on hand and helped me with both check-in and check-out. A 50 RM deposit is required at check-in. There were no bottled water, but there was a water dispenser in the hallway. The water from the dispenser tasted bad.

Disappointed Stay – Misleading Info and Poor Service I booked this hotel because the listing clearly showed that the rooms come with a bathtub, but when I checked in, there was no bathtub at all. This was really disappointing and felt like false advertising. On top of that, the hotel didn’t provide any basic amenities — no toiletries, no bottled water, nothing. The staff were unhelpful and rude, and showed no intention to assist when I raised my concerns. I’ve stayed in budget hotels before, but this experience was one of the worst. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and honest stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Very Disappointing – False Information and Bad Experience I booked Sun Inns Hotel Sentral, Brickfields because the listing showed there was a bathtub, but when I arrived, I found out there were no bathtubs at all. This is clearly false advertising. The room was very small, cheap-looking, with no windows, and it had a bad smell. It felt uncomfortable and depressing. Definitely not what I expected from the photos online. On top of that, the staff were rude and unhelpful, and the location was hard to find. Overall, I had a very bad experience. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
