Capri by Fraser Bukit Bintang

Very clean and convenient hotel in the city of Kuala Lumpur, about 6-8 mins walk to Pavillion, 4 mins walk to TRX… great stay 😊

Below my expectation in terms of housekeeping and facility management. 1/ the two usb ports next to beds were not working at all 2/ the sink stopper broke and was blocking the water so had to call the maintenance after midnight (was already so exhausted from the long trip and was unhappy) maintenance guy came and tried to fix it… while i was standing right next to it he pulled out the stopper with all the greasy hair and all that crap, was completely disgusted after that… yikes… 3/ came back to the room after the housekeeping cleaned the room, the shower head was left on the floor, did they not touch our shower room? 4/ always love to have breakfast at hotels, this one… i mean we are in a city where fruits are so cheap, none of the juices in the breakfast were fresh they were cheap, canned juices… yikes, the bread choices were limited…. Regretted that i added breakfast to the package 5/ the room comes with a simple kitchen… the re-used scrubbing sponge for the dishes….. It was wet when we were trying to use it… I mean is it really that costly to get a new one? 6/ worst of it all the water boiler smelled like rotten milk… probably someone wanted to boil something other than water in that thing and it was left in our room probably never checked by the house keeping when they were getting the room prepped for the new guest…. Asked to change, the second one brought by the housekeeping was also very dirty it had dark stains so had to ask him bring another one until we found an ‘acceptable’ one Other than that, people service was great and attentive, the room size was big. But I would probably not go back to this property again.

The hotel is very new, having just been built and recently opened. Its location is excellent, just an 8-minute walk (550m) to Pavilion. Moreover, it’s not on the busy street near Pavilion, so you won’t encounter traffic jams. The hotel staff are very friendly, and the facilities are comprehensive, even providing a water bucket, a microwave, and filtered water that can be accessed directly from the room’s pantry sink. Many of the amenities are thoughtfully designed. The only issue is that the hotel outlets do not include a Type-C charger. If they had that, it would be perfect!

Wonderful, modern hotel. The room is cosy with a nice pantry, very clean, tidied neatly everyday. Location is convenient. 5 minute walk to Pavilion. With some restaurants around. Would stay again.

Good location, just close to TRX. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

We recently stayed at Capri by Fraser hotel and had an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The check-in counter staff were particularly attentive to our 3-year-old boy, which made our stay even more special. The staff even prepared a thoughtful gift for him and gave us a warm send-off. On our last day, we had lunch at the hotel's restaurant, and Abier and Fiteri were just as wonderful—helpful and patient, ensuring we had everything we needed. The hotel room itself was very modern and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment for our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.
