Bilik itu luas, bersih, dan mempunyai mesin basuh. Ia adalah penginapan yang sangat bagus! Saya tertanya-tanya adakah terdapat kolam? Sayang sekali tidak ada penjelasan tentang kemudahan, tetapi kafe di tingkat satu juga bagus. Saya masih mahu menggunakannya.

Hartanah ini baru dan direka dengan baik. Moden dan selesa. Lokasi sangat baik dan dekat dengan segala-galanya.

Tempat yang baru dibina dengan kebanyakan pengalaman positif, perasaan, unit yang luas dengan segala-galanya yang sangat baik. Walau bagaimanapun, mungkin kerana harta yang baru dibina sudah tentu banyak ruang penambahbaikan dan dijangka. Sangat disyorkan n pasti akan melawat lagi.

Homestay, bukan hotel. Tiada pembersihan kecuali diminta. Pelbagai pembersihan. Kekuatan pancuran adalah lemah, dan ia adalah tahap yang diserang selsema.

+ve: Room quite spacious and have nice view. House utensils also provided -ve: We weren't be informed that we need to paid depo rm200, lucky my bro can use tng e wallet. I would suggest to reduce the depo to rm100 cuz it's sufficient already. Hope next time can provide tissue in the kitchen/living room also

We were attended by Mr Magdi during our check-in. He was very courteous and friendly. We were very impressed with the apartment as it was a complete home, as advertised. The unit is very clean and we had a comfortable stay. We will definitely return to this apartment as and when we are in Kuala Lumpur. Thank you Mr Magdi and team. Please keep up your good work!

The 2 pcs of bath towel provided was worn out and yellowed with some stain on it. After informing them they send up without prior notice and keep pressing the bell. The main door does not have an eye view so definitely did not open the door. Then they send a WhatsApp picture showing something stuck to the door handle. On checking out I find the Concierge not performing his true duty. Worse still when I complain thru the WhatsApp contact they said I was rude old man.

It was located in the center of the city. Easy access to other facilitices. The staffs are very nice. Only thing is the buidling is still under constructions. The swimming pool is on the 5th floor.

The service & response very poor. Reached there late and to find out that the floor very dirty and dusty seems like the just had renovations. Texted the PIC just to request for atleast a mop but no response at all. Sadly we have to stay there for 2 nights with a very dirty floor. Please do the room cleanings properly.

Good location for staycation, lots of cafes and restaurants choices all within walking distance. Room is also very well kept and clean

Location is superb convenient as eateries and malls are right below. It’s a good stay!

Good property, spacious room and nice bed. The view also is nice. The bathrooms are spacious and there is a bathtub in the master bedroom. Would recommend this to anyone. The parking is easy too. This residence is not too packed and easy access to KL city.

A laundry machine is provided in the room. I used the laundry machine, but no one told me that the machine is faulty. I started the laundry as per normal, but once its done, the lock cannot be opened and my laundry is stuck inside the machine. Since I have to check out of the room the next day, i informed the office about it and they told me to contact the PIC of the room. However, the PIC of the room (Felcheer) is very uncooperative and refuse to reply my chat even after a week. While the room is clean and spacious enough with plenty of facility, do not even bother with the hotel since the staff will not help you at all if any problem comes up. I lost twice the amount of money from my laundry being stuck as compared to the price of the hotel.
