Great location, right in the center of the most dynamic area of Osaka. The staff are very friendly and always tried all effort to help. We enjoyed our stay.

Very good service with friendly staffs. There are amenities and 24 hrs. free welcome drink. Spacious lobby that guest can sit and relax. Clean room and sufficient space for 3 persons to stay.

Very disappointing, we have been to different locations of Karaksa and this so far is the worse ever experienced. The room smells unhygienic, the bathroom, bed sheets and floors are left as it is from the first day until the last day of our stay (5nights). Unfortunately from our experience their daily housekeeping is only bed making and changing towels, and from a family that has been to Japan for more than 20 times, we never experience this kind of cleaning service unlike other hotels at the same price level or even cheaper. There are many hotels that have so much better customer service and care in hygiene. Doesn’t recommend this branch at all.
