Great experience in ITC Manali. Superb view. Location is nice - very close to Solang Valley. Suites are very spacious. Good property and great food. One of the best staff I’ve seen. Many thanks Sonu and the entire team of ITC. Will be back soon

Loved the ambiance and the hospitality. The property is very well maintained and special thanks to Naveen Chaudhary for taking care during our stay at ITC Hamsa Manali. Overall loved the food and the excellent services provided by ITC Hamsa. Would definitely visit this property again.

One of the finest family trip experiences. The property is in the heart of Solang Valley, and the views were just gorgeous everywhere we turned. And to top that, the rooms were so spacious and cosy. The bathrooms are worth a special mention for their luxury! But our stay was actually made perfect with the staff on ground and the meals we had. Our Family trips are all about mealtime fun, and under Arpan’s swift directions, the whole waitstaff made our stay extra special. The food was delicious, and true to their cuisines, whether it was the local dish Methdi ( which I would totally eat again) or the dahi kebabs or morning idli with special tomato chutney. Thank you! We will visit again, hopefully soon.

It's our first day at ITC Welcome, Hamsa, Manali and the services has been pathetic. It's such a frustrating hospitality,looks like completely unprofessional work. As if all the interns has just joined this so called cottage by ITC Such a delay and then things just messed up big time. First of all soup was cancelled got it after 45 min. Till 10:30 we did not got the order. It looked like waiters were just lost. On a dinner there are no plates. Then everything was rushed, cutlery did not match, paneer sabzi and other dishes were cold. Chappatis looked like everything done hurriedly. The chef did not knew how to cut a mango fruit, what to expect after that. Rude behaviour by the manager at a dinner table, when we were leaving and told to cancel the coffee, straightaway waiter said "what was wrong in the dinner" This is what you expect Seriously???

Great accommodations. Poonam was helpful giving us advice about the local area. Coming from America, it can be difficult to travel but ITC staff made it easy. Dining accommodations were great. Navdeep was very attentive and courteous while serving us. She was very pleasant to speak with. The other staff and the chefs were also very nice. When I return to Manali, I hope this hotel stays the same so I can recommend it to my other friends.

I recently stayed at ITC Hamsa . The property itself is very nice, with beautiful surroundings and well-maintained facilities. However, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff were unresponsive and seemed uninterested in providing a good experience. Starting from the lady at the reception to the bell boy who kept our Luggage in our room. During our stay, my daughter and I both hurt our fingers while trying to open the bathtub knob. When we reported this to housekeeping and the reception, they were unapologetic and did not offer any assistance or concern. Despite the lovely property, the poor service and lack of empathy from the staff really impacted our stay negatively. I really suggest that one should avoid this property.

The hotel is located north of Manali's old town, away from crowded areas, amidst beautiful surroundings of apple orchards and mountains. The lobby is inviting, and breakfast is served on the second floor of the hotel. The hotel complex consists of 7 villas, each villa having 5 rooms or suites. Rooms are spacious with large bathrooms and good ventilation. However, air conditioning is not provided in the room. The breakfast offered has a limited range of items, but the quality is good.Service levels very good. On one day we visited Scenic Jispa & Sissu after passing Atal Tunnel. On other day we visited Rohtang but Rohtang is very crowded . Overall, the hotel seems to offer a peaceful and scenic environment with spacious rooms and good service, though potential guests should note the absence of air conditioning in the rooms.

It was an amazing stay. A very nice property and amazing hospitality. Beautiful view. Our stay had become even more memorable because of the services of Mr Sonu and his team. He had personally taken care of our requirements and made our anniversary more special by arranging a delicious cake and making the dinner delectable. Our special occasion was made even more special with his teams services. We are very grateful for his efforts.
