It was an another visit to MANALI in April 2023 BUT as soon as you enter De Vivendi Resorts, your entire tiredness vanishes simply firstly because of its location, which is supplemented by pleasant and warm hospitality by the staff members. One enjoys the Grand hospitality right from front office to room service to house keeping . Your queries are answered immediately with concern. What else a person needs during his short stay of 4 days…….. Well maintained huge lawns & garden with beautiful view, which are a real bonus for spending evenings or get togethers. Cozy neat & clean rooms with all modern comforts….Mr Balwant Singh, General Manager alongwith his team made it a point to give flawless service ….. Keep it up !!!!! W.r.t. dining, the restaurant, the staff makes you comfortable and help you to have food as per your choice and taste is really commendable. Serving with a charming smile really makes your stay awesome and ever-remembrable. Icing on the cake is the delicious mouth watering food from their Chefs under the leadership of Mr. Bhagwat, who personally enquires about the food and taste etc. with the guests……… What a personalized touch !!!!! Banquet/Conference hall was well looked after by Mr Rakesh, Banquet Manager and his energetic team comprising of Lucky, Deepak, Suraj and Ghanshyam. Housekeeping staff was always on their toes to give the efficient service under the leadership of Mr Kamal Sitting in the lawns - enjoying the weather and sipping a cup of tea makes your stay awesome and freshens you…. All Kudos to efficient De Vivendi team members who are able to make guests feel like ROYAL with their warm and personalised hospitality under the able guidance of their GM- Mr Balwant Singh - an energetic personality always approachable and mixing with guests giving them personalized touch............
