Perjalanan dari Malaysia ke China bergantung terutamanya pada berapa lama anda bercadang untuk tinggal di China. Terdapat beberapa cara utama untuk rakyat Malaysia pergi ke China:
1.Kemasukan tanpa visa (tinggal tidak lebih daripada 15 hari):
Syarat terpakai: Dari jam 0:00 pada 1 Disember 2023, hingga 24:00 pada 31 Disember 2025, pemegang pasport biasa Malaysia yang pergi ke China untuk urusan perniagaan, pelancongan, melawat saudara-mara dan rakan-rakan, dan transit selama tidak lebih daripada 15 hari adalah dikecualikan daripada kemasukan visa. Mereka yang ingin memasuki China tanpa visa mesti memegang pasport yang sah selama lebih daripada 6 bulan, dan pasport mesti masih sah untuk sekurang-kurangnya 6 bulan dari tarikh ketibaan di China.

Staff at Sofitel Beijing are welcoming and service level you can expect are on par with other 5 star international hotel brands around the world (although this is definitely not the case everywhere in China).
There are numerous hotels in Beijing to chose from, but I have decided to come back to the Sofitel everytime, simply because I know I will get the same level of service and etiquette.
A special shout out to Clarey and Leah for their professionalism and customer service which made my stay that much more enjoyable.
The deluxe rooms are very very generally sized and the suites on the top floors have some of the largest floor space in my experience.
One downside of a nice, fancy, modern decor is that it uses many different materials and does not hide general wear and tear well, leaving scratches and scrapes that looks worse than it is.
Comfort level of the hotel is definitely the main draw card. Makes it difficult to want to leave the hotel. But the subway is a 5 min walk if you want to get around during peak hour to avoid traffic congestion, otherwise getting around with DiDi or taxis are fairly cheap where ever you go with the hotel’s location.DariTRY 3,988

The room 1545 was dated design. It was oak wood cabinets, and did not seem like a 5 star designed hotel. It was very clean, and had a 2 bedroom with washer/dryer in the kitchen area which was convenient. We arrived late and the front desk staff did not really help us at all. They did not welcome us, and just did the check-in transaction pretty impersonal. Later during the day the staff was much better. The location is the best in Beijing, close to Forbidden city, and tons of places to eat. Some of the best restaurants in the world are near by. The breakfast buffet could be larger and have more offerings - but even though sparse the food was good and the service was excellent.
Literally no coffee machine in the room, just a tea pot for boiling water and some instant coffee! This was a huge disappointment.
Also, we called Telephone 0 for front-desk and had to do it literally 15 times to get a hotel clerk. And also the clerk did not understand English but still answered the phone as ”Hello”. They should never say English words if they don't speak English. It makes it very frustrating.
No ATM on site, but about 400m down the street at Bank of China. The taxi stand is down the hill but convenient, but don't use Hotel porter since they just call Didi for you.
Could be better, needs to modernize - but fantastic location.
Oh, the Patisserie / Coffee shop on Level 1 is excellent but not open until 10am. No idea why!

The room was also very spacious and clean.
In the beginning we had trouble to book things because we did not have any Chinese Sim card yet as we arrived early in the morning on the airport. It took a little while to get more information even though I speak Chinese. Tip: you have to go to the phone company next to the Wang fu jing bookstore, it opens only at 10:00 AM.

I will be back to Beijing and stay at Xijiao Hotel.
I like the location, near Tsinghualuxikou Metro Station, Tsinghua University, Wudaokou and a few restaurant around. Xijiao prepare 2 umbrellas inside the room. It will be very helpful when rainy days. The hotel also prepare warm ginger tea at the lobby hotel. Unfortunately, I just knew about this, 2 days before I left Xijiao. I stayed 8 nights at Xijiao.

This overshadowed an otherwise enjoyable experience and was the main reason for giving 4 out of 5 instead of a perfect score.
On the bright side, the hotel provides free access to a washer and dryer, which is a convenient bonus for travelers. Additionally, the staff were accommodating and could communicate effectively using translation apps, despite not speaking English, which is understandable. We chose the hotel because of its proximity to Universal Studios, and our overall experience was positive. The hotel is in a semi-secluded area but has plenty of local restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The subway is 1km away, and it goes directly to Universal Studios or the city center. The hotel offers a free daily shuttle bus to Universal (8:30 AM depart from the hotel and 8:30 PM depart from the park), which is super convenient. The rooms are clean and kept clean daily, and although not huge, they provide a decent short stay. The only issue we found was a mini-vending machine with condoms and a vibrator (?) in the room, which was awkward since there were a lot of families with kids in the hotel, so I don't see the purpose of it. Very convenient location, a few minutes walk from Jing’an Temple station (take exit 10) and directly across the road from another mall. Lots of good and cafe options, Beaton coffee next door does very nice coffees and there is a cute little old school cafe next to that. The hotel lobby is very grand, the swimming pool has a sauna and steam room, which was nice. There is also a 24/7 gym, all on the 5th floor. The room itself had a nice view and was clean, with a comfortable bed. However, the most noticeable thing is the smell when you first enter the room, I believe other guests have commented on this. While you do eventually get used to the smell, this isn’t exactly pleasant and may be due to the old carpeting (and a need for a refurbishment), it is definitely not the fault of the cleaning staff. Strange as the corridors do not smell at all. The other issue is the bottled water tastes a little odd. This time I traveled with my mum. She can’t walk too far because she got very bad knee pain. So the location for this hotel is perfect . Literally it located right in the middle of the Nanjing road . I mean just walk one block . You are right in the Nanjing Road . My mum can easily walk to the Bund in about 10 minutes. Excellent stay from start to finish - the rooms we originally booked were overbooked so we got upgraded (for free) to a suite with a fantastic view of the Bund. J Hotel has me understand more of my mother country, China and first time experienced the old but classic Shanghai GENTLEMAN hospitality, that might be only can see in the movie about 1930s THE SHANGHAI BOUND.
I saw every foreigners were so impressed when they see the China art and I am so proud to swing that J Hotel is becoming a new icon of China welcome more and more friends to from all around the world. I highly recommend and I definitely make J Hotel my home in Shanghai.

Compliments should also go to one of their male hotel staff 汪鹏, who patiently searched for my Taobao parcels for almost 45 mins, as two of the parcels were“missing”. 汪鹏 calmly took further steps to understand which items were missing, which courier sent the package, and also whether they were correctly sent. The laundry was disgusting, I can’t wash the clothes coz the washing machine was full of detergent and dryer wasn’t working.

We stayed here for 3d2n. The hotel is located conveniently next to a big new mall with many food options. There are also shops and restaurants around the area which could be easily accessible by foot. I love the 杀猪面.
The Huangbian subway station is also right at the mall, which could take you directly to Yuexiu Park if you're into some sightseeing.
Amenities and cleanliness is top-notch at Junluxe. We also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff who helped us secure airport transfers to Baiyun Airport. It would've been a challenge doing this myself as the road in front of the hotel is closed due to construction that is completing next to it; and we had large number of luggages, plus travelling as a group of 5. It took 2 concierge staff to kindly move our luggages and directed the multiple taxis to the underground parking. We were very grateful and gladly tipped the young men.

I like the hotel. The space is sufficient for me, and the common necessities like tooth brush and slipper, daily mineral water supply is available.
Down side would be elevator waiting time, I stay at 41 floor, and usually have to wait 5 mins for the lift. The room also doesn’t offer in room wardrobe, iron and robe which usually are available. The hanger is open and iron is available at the laundromat.

Hotel is just above one of the exits of Shipai metro station and several malls are around the vicinity. However, one needs to go to the back of the building after exit, in order to gain access to the lift that brings you to the hotel lobby at level 7, and there aren't signages around, so took quite a while to find.
Cleanliness is acceptable, but the design of the hotel room is kind of strange: the room is very small, and there is no place to really sit or place youe luggage, exceot for that raised space in front of the bed by the windows, and bed was at a corner of the room, so for whoever that sleeps at the inner side, you will need to climb up and down that same raise space everytime you get on and off the bed.
The toilet and shower are separate units but partitioned. They are separated from the room by clear glass panels with opaque overlay in the middle sections, so people on the outside won't be able to see what you do inside. If you are still uncomfortable with that, it's best to book for a double bed room, because some of their double bed rooms have better toilet doors/ glass that doesn't expose that much. Shower space is considered slightly spacious (in comparison with other hotels I had stayed before), but the toilet is very narrow. For a small-size guy like me, my knee was almost touching the glass door whwn I sit on the toilet bowl.

The room setting was comfortable and the services at the club lounge on 26/F was excellent! We love the bathtub with LED TV by the window. Through the relaxing but cool staycation, we enjoyed 5 meals at the Club lounge on and a buffet breakfast on 2/F. We got great time too at the pool, sauna, & gym room, and surprisingly got a tasting cocktail at the lobby at 6-7pm.
Erick was also another one key person of our amazing customer experience 😊 He is decent, humble, presentable, and friendly. The overall customer experience / journey of this stay was fab! It would be great if the hotel put more effort on general dining food taste & hygiene standard (especially the buffet restaurant Flavorz on 2/F), as well as upgrading the architecture maintainence (especially the lobby lounge ONYX on 1/F and partially in the room) which is generally ageing. Could also consider if replacing the traditional toilets as the advanced auto e-toilets in the washroom of the room.

The hotel was shown as a 5 stars but I don't think it deserve to be a 5 stars.
It's Old, water pressure is low and hard to adjust to the right temperature (it would either be really hot or cold). Wall paper was partly ripped. Bathtub wall has black spot (can't confirm if it's just dirty or mold)
The overall property is not bad on the outside. It is on the boarder of HK and SZ, so it's good location if you wanna be close to HK. But note the road going in would be jammed of u are going in and out before the boarder close.
Overall all, I would not recommend it as a 5 star hotel.(Unless everything else is booked) Maybe as a high 3 star. With current price I can find better place to stay in the mode center SZ area.

Absolutely lovely hotel with a gorgeous pool and rooftop bar view. I enjoyed every night that I stay there. The pool and the gym were great. There is a cold plunge and a hot tub in the changing room along with a sauna and steam room. You have to make sure you take advantage of the pool table and the relaxation room with the massage chairs. And a great way to wind down the night as to have a drink on the rooftop. Very close to a shopping mall that’s across the street and near several restaurants. If you feel like taking a walk, there is a beautiful park across the street. 前台小彭最最最最好了，很親切，永遠都是燦爛的笑臉，遇到什麼問題都會很快幫我解決，太喜歡這小仙女了！七樓和六樓的大姐特別好，幫我家兒子盡力和前台協調滿意的房間，相處得很愉快，我家小孩在退房時特意去樓上樓下找，説要跟兩個阿姨説再見😄。

The hotel facilities were fine and clean except for a faint but noticeable cigarette smell. We checked in around 11pm so we made up with it.
We picked this hotel because it was not far from the Panda Base and it was indeed convenient to go. There is good street food options around. The breakfast terrace is pretty enjoyable as well although food is average.
The main issue is that as foreigners, we used our passports to check in. But then they called our room at 2.30am saying there was a problem with our check in. When I asked if it could wait till morning (since we had checked in a few hours ago already) they said it was not possible. They then came to knock at our door. After a good deal of explanations (in Chinese) which they didn't want to listen, we got back to sleep. But we didnt sleep well as we were distressed by this incident. Apparently the hotel was not well aware of the visa-free policy applying to us. This in itself is understandable but waking us up to check is not acceptable. It’s an original boutique hotel next to a church with a sublime decoration and lovely green court in the middle, a perfect place to take a breakfast, drink a tea or read a book.
The area is very quiet, though very close to Chengdu sightseeing places like KuanZhan alley or Wuhou temple (10min drive by taxi) and just next too a coffee shop.
It’s also 5min walk from a place to take a Covid test.
The best part however on top of that was the Host! Very friendly and helpful, he arranged for us a delicious local breakfast, recommended really good restaurant for a dinner and helped us a lot with all the testing and codes stories (he even accompanied us up to the testing place and helped with translation). - The lobby is spotless, check in/out is smooth.
- We went with a driver/tour guide (Zhu Feng) associated with the hotel who was very helpful, drove us around the lake for most of a day in pouring rain.
- Bellman is very helpful with loading luggage (he needs to work out more though :).
- Breakfast is good, but not great.
Cons
- The room is a little outdated, needs some maintenance work.
- The AC is the worst. The one in our room was blasting air all day long, but can barely keep the temperate at 25 C (77 F).
- The gym is pretty crappy. Looks like it's been rented out for external use, and it's not very clean or well maintained.

Aman in Hangzhou is the perfect staycation destination. The environment is calming and beautiful, relaxing and natural. The staff and service at Amanfayun is probably the best second only to the hotel grounds itself. The room was beautiful and had probably the best sleep I’ve had in a long time as the room becomes completely pitch black and the bed is super comfortable. The spa was unreal, with an ensuite for every service (1 or 2 people). The spa is located next to the pool which had to be my favorite thing about staying there - the afternoon tea by the pool was amazing, delicious, and so cute. It wasn’t hard to feel comfortable or communicate because the majority of staff speaks English. The hotel has 6 places to eat, but I will say as someone who doesn’t eat meat it was a little hard to find options at the hotel but super easy to order food in! If you do eat meat, no problem, there are many options. Definitely recommend Amanfayun to anyone but especially anyone looking for a weekend away with family, a friend, or a loved one. Lovely stay, as always, for the Citigo chain. Hotel location is close to Kerry Center and a short drive from West Lake. Staff is friendly and accomodating.
Our room was located very close to the street and there was a lot of traffic noise. We were able to use the ear outside provided. Our room did not have the black out curtins that some Citigo locations have. But otherwise, the room layout was nice and the hotel was just as expected.

The hotel is located in a quite strategic location and it was at Exit B on Ding an road station. There was an upward escalator only but none downward escalator. Therefore, if you have big luggage then please be informed. The hotel lobby seems very stuffy. Feeling breathless if it stays there for a longer period. During registration, there was constant interruption from the travel agent promoting their package which is truly annoying. I was a bit disappointed as I came here to celebrate my birthday during my stay. No upgrade or special or compliment offered by the hotel which is truly disappointing despite the fact that I did mention it on my booking. However, the room was spacious. Strong aircon with a good strong shower. The room was equipped with an air purifier and even disinfectant machine. Disposable toothbrushes and indoor shoes were given as complimentary. A comfortable bed with two big pillows per bed. My room doesn't come with breakfast. In house guests will only need to pay 36 RMB to dine in. However to me, the food was simple and there was not much variety. You can actually check the foods before deciding to dine in. Overall the stay with Merchant Marco Edgelake hotel is still considered pleasant. Front counter staff needs to improve their services. Hotel's location is very good. Next to the MRT FENGQI station exit C3. Kerry Shopping Mall is at opposite side, while INN77 Mall is less than 10 mins by foot. To Xihu it takes about 30 mins by foot. Room is very well clean and staff are service minded while some especially Nina is very attentive. We are very appreciated to her help. So we are very happy to extend our stay here. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The customer service standard is impeccable from the time we checked in, greeted by a helpful receptionist who is warm and patient despite our arrival close to midnight. Location: Great - right behind Exit H Zhonglou metro station, across the road from Luomashi walking street and comfortable 10min walk to Bell Tower, Drum Tower & Muslim Quarter esp if you cut through the eateries to the right after you exit the hotel.
Rooms: Lovely, spacious and comfortable. Toilet had a bidet. Huge TV but no English Channel and couldn’t cast shows from our phone. No view. We also had problems with the smell of smoke. The staff were quick to attend to it but they could only spray the room and once that dissipated the smoke smell was back.
Hotel: There was a booth that offered airport transfers from the hotel for just 30yuan per person. The staff were pleasant but I think the most disappointing thing for me as a foreigner who isn’t able to speak Chinese was the lack of any English speaking staff. This to me is more of an Accor problem though. I had booked with Accor, a global brand, with expectations that there would be at least some English-speaking staff and at least one English TV channel (which our other more local hotels in Beijing had).
Still overall good stay and I’d recommend it to anyone who can speak Chinese.DariTRY 1,806

My wife and I decided to visit Xi'an for her birthday from November 30th to December 4th, 2023, and we chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt Xi'an during that time. In short, it is an exceptional hotel, offering super delicious breakfast with a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. For examples, the gentleman in the front door of the hotel always welcomed us with very beautiful smile, the lady who took care of our room every day, displaying meticulous attention to detail that never failed to surprise us. The employees at the Italian restaurant were exceptionally kind, going above and beyond to provide extraordinary care and respect. When they discovered it was my wife's birthday, they surprised us with a small cake, decorated our table with balloons, and even offered us complimentary cocktails.
Furthermore, the staff in the Lounge went out of their way to help me arrange a surprise birthday cake for my wife. They decorated the table with great care and passion, and even presented her with a thoughtful gift and a postcard, sharing their kind wishes with us. I almost forgot to mention that they also surprised me by offering a birthday cake when I was in my room. So, we ended up with three birthday cakes in one night that gave us the opportunity to share our joy and share a slice of happiness with the incredible staff. We stayed 2 days in Eastern House upon arrival into Xi’an. Pleasantly surprised on the cleanliness, service of the hotel. Also great is the buffet breakfast spreads. Everyone was kind and very helpful. Check in went smoothly. The staff brought our luggage to your room without any problems. There was a short clothe line in the stand up shower for light laundry. We enjoyed the afternoon teas at the lobby. Breakfast had the lobby was amazing. It had a wide range of items on the menu, ranging from noodle soups to some western menu. There are two restaurants and one closes on Sunday. It is within 30mins walk to the bell town and not too far from the Xi’an City wall. If you drive there is garage underneath the hotel. 馬路對面是鼓樓和回民街，出門地下通道過去三四分鐘，另一邊有各種小吃大排檔鐘樓小區，生活氣息很濃，還有青雲社相聲，走過去兩三分鐘，旁邊出門就是漢服館很多家，抬腿就到，坐地鐵走到鐘樓地鐵站c口也就五到十分鐘，去哪都很方便，關鍵是房價還比大唐不夜城那邊便宜一半，牆裂建議住在這附近，方便！
説下唯一不爽的地方，房間門內是不帶鐵鏈等反鎖設施的，衹能用鎖舌頭那裡反鎖，前幾天都可以沒問題，最後一天發現鎖舌頭那裡不能反鎖了，叫來酒店工作人員説是公安要求不能反鎖，問題是這個反鎖是能用房卡刷開的啊，而且前幾天都可以，最後一天可能修了下門就整錯位了，明顯是敷衍不想調整，害得我晚上拿沙發頂着門，畢竟有小孩子在，小心點不為過，要是我自己也就無所謂了。唯一糟點。不過分還是都給了五分。DariTRY 589

Our 3 rooms are located on the 5th floor close to each other. The rooms all have a great view of the Bell Tower and are clean and well appointed. The hotel is walking distance to the Muslim Quarter, Drum Tower, ancient City Wall, shopping malls, pedestrian promenade and restaurants. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful in helping us find places to visit, cafes and restaurants where locals go and enjoy a great meal. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff and manager were wonderful and provided great services to ensure that we had a great experience. There is bus stop and metro station next to the hotel making the hotel centrally located in Xi'an. Hotel is in a very good location, close to attractions and metro line. Take note that they do not have a front porch, so the dropoff usually directs to Shehui Road (社会路) and you have to walk through a carpark before you get to reception. There is another ibis hotel very close to this hotel - make sure you go to the correct one (even my tour guide got it wrong!)
Service can be improved slightly as the reception staff often appeared bored. Housekeeping also entered my room even though the Do Not Disturb sign was clearly displayed.

Hotel Review: Manxin Hotel, Nanjing
My stay at the Manxin Hotel in Nanjing was average overall. While the room was generally fine, there were some noticeable issues. The walls in my room showed damage from moisture, which detracted from the appearance and comfort. Additionally, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell from the unclean drain, and some basic supplies were not replenished during my stay.

The big problem with the place is, even though it is advertised as non-smoking, they don't enforce the non-smoking policy. The location could not be better - right in the heart of the city, walking distance to many attractions, especially those you want to visit at night, and nearby a key metro station. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a well designed set up -- for this we had no complaints. The first room we had had mold in the bathroom and near the sleeping area, it smelled really bad. Thankfully, when we asked the staff to resolve this issue, they kindly provided us with a new room. The new one was a lot better, no smell and clean, no complaints at all. The decoration is nice and its close from a subway station (10 minutes) and from the city walls. Overall, we would not book it again because of the our initial experience but the staff did a great job and were very kind. Super loved our stay at Intercontinental Lijiang. Hotel location is fantastic, the main entrance is along the road hence cars can enter and drop you off directly at the main lobby. The side gate of the hotel leads directly into the ancient town. There is no need to drag your luggage through the rocky roads of the ancient town. Buggy service to and fro the main lobby and rooms are available 24/7. Amenities are good, with an indoor pool and sauna as well as a in-house spa centre. The cafe in the lobby has a very beautiful view of the snow mountain, and is nice to have tea there to enjoy the view. They even have a dyson hair dryer in every room too. This hotel resides inside the ancient town very close to the South Gate. The service I received was totally fantastic. All were friendly. They picked us at the gate, prepared some snacks and fruits for our late arrival, and when we left early next morning for the mountain they helped pack breakfast for us.
The breakfast offered at the hotel was really good. The rice noodles were the best of all I had at the city. Though the hotel is inside the ancient town, and can hardly be as spacious as intercontinental, the room very large and comfortable.

Staff are friendly. Was welcomed with welcome tea, 鲜花饼 and fruits. Special thanks to Jian Hao who reached out prior to check in with wechat ID. Could check some information with him beforehand and during the stay.
Jian Hao also helped to arrange 1 day 玉龙雪山 tour for us - pick up was 6am, returned back to Li Jiang ancient city about 3pm. Fuss free and glad we need not worry about tickets or transport there. However driver could be more friendly. Driver also brought us to buy oxygen and Chinese anti altitude sickness medication which we thought was not necessary since the tour included 1x oxygen which we thought was sufficient (though some people might need more). 打開窗簾就能看到外面的景色了，非常的美，尤其是去的那幾天一直下雨，可以坐在窗邊邊喝茶邊看雨景，真的絕了。

I really liked this hotel. Room was lovely and beautiful and a nice cute walk into the old city. We had so many bags and they came with a little cart to carry them for us. Also because we stayed many nights they took us for free to the airport. We would totally stay here again. Now that said I had 1 problem. We were here in summer and it got quite hot in the room. We were on the top floor and the sun hit the roof and really heated things up. I couldn’t get it cold enough to be comfortable even with the air conditioner. There were hiccups during the check in, and thus I had to wait outside my room while maintenance was still in process thank god there was a housekeeper that was around and informed me that the room is under maintenance, so thus I will need to be assigned to a new room, so thus the room manager at the 41st floor Natalie upgraded my room and her crisis omanagement towards my enquiry of what’s goingo on and what happened everything in a minute and she apologised the room that was assigned to me she has no idea why did they assigned to me.. thank you for Natalie her quick response and also her service was amazing!

Fantastic Stay at The Mira Hong Kong
We had a truly memorable stay at The Mira Hong Kong, especially as we celebrated my mother's birthday. Upon check-in, the hotel - Guest Relations Team surprised us with a lovely cake for her and a sweet letter, which was such a thoughtful gesture!
Mark, the check-in staff, was exceptional. He made the process smooth and enjoyable, demonstrating great professionalism and kindness. Kudos to him for making our arrival so welcoming!
The housekeeping team also deserves recognition; they were incredibly helpful, and our room was spotless. The pool staff and lifeguard were friendly and provided excellent information about the area, enhancing our experience.
Aaron, the mixologist at the bar, crafted fantastic drinks that added a special touch to our evenings. Breakfast was delightful, featuring a wonderful variety of options—the Eggs Benedict was among the best I’ve ever had!
On a side note, while waiting in the lobby after check-in, I witnessed a guest shouting at Mark. It was shocking to see, especially since he handled our check-in so well. I felt bad for him, as no one deserves to be treated that way, but I was impressed by his professionalism in the face of the situation.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. It felt like being at home with family.
It's important to note that I'm recovering from a back surgery. Prior to my short stay at the Cordis, I had spent the past 4 weeks on bed rest. After 4 weeks if over 22 hours a day in bed, I was desperate to get out of the house. I was also very nervous because my spine is still very fragile. The service was completely customized to fit my needs and I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Every day I looked forward to speaking with the staff, especially Jocelyn, Lucky, and Yosie.
Everything at the hotel was perfect. Despite being a very nice, modern, and clean hotel, staying here felt like staying at a family members house...Very cozy, warm and comfortable.

Once we realized that there are the elevator stairs that take you up the hill, getting to the hotel was quite easy and convenient. They also have a complementary shuttle bus, however the staff at the reception informed us on the third day of our stay. The room is small but clean, pool area has a nice view. You can take mini bus from causeway bay to cyberport, but the queue is quite long, you may have to wait for a few mini buses before you can board one. There are restaurants in the hotel, but you may also choose the slightly cheaper ones in the shopping arcade close to the hotel. Stayed here for 7nights. They clean the room every 2 days, and didn't give water complimentary, so you have to buy it on Aeon at B3.
The room and amenities is good...but there were some stain at towel that we request to change a new one.
