The best thing here is the view of mount Kinabalu, the view is breathtaking, the rest are worse than I thought. I regret staying here as the room condition is Terrible. the beds and bedsheets are extremely smelly and dusty with ants crawling on the beds. windows and curtains filled with dust and dirty marks, the service is acceptable just that the room condition is awful.

It is best to stay away from this resort as the service is very bad. Please look around in FB and do your research before coming here. A holiday is supposed to be stress free. For foreigners, please do avoid at any costs. Take this from a local opinion and experience.

Clueless to put up a review for this resort. just see what other people's talk about this resort. their service, totally ZERO. My worst experience staying in resort in my life. Your manager extremely incompetent at running your business, he has no idea what he's doing. I propose sending him somewhere to receive managerial training.

I came here from kk to visit with my friends. Room was okay. The toilet too as well but I am not happy with the service. The staff & manager there are rude and with their sour face all the time when we go to the reception. I hope you guys will improve your service.

Highly not recommended!!! The bride and groom pay for RM50/head on their wedding day, but then this JABEZ use a polisterine box ( POLISTERIN BELAH DUA ) instead of proper plate and other cutleries. And the worst things is, the manager was so rude.

Highly NOT reccommended! Especially for those who plan to do their wedding event there.. Staff unfriendly especially the Manager was so Rude!.. Can't imagine they use a polisterine box instead of proper plate & other cutleries.. Pay more than thousand for their service, end up guest need to do by themself from A-Z..
