The location is not good, except for the supporting commercial area downstairs, you must have a car when you go out. The staff is very nice, the only hotel where there is nothing wrong with the front desk to the room service. There is a free airport shuttle. Later, I heard that I needed to buy medicine, and I specially arranged for someone to drive us out without any cost. There are service points of large car rental companies, and travel services can also be booked with hotels. The commercial facilities are quite complete, and there will be locals eating a work meal at noon.

I used this hotel for a transit stay. Upon arrival, the hotel's shuttle staff was immediately available, making the transfer to the hotel smooth and convenient. The location is great, with many attractions within walking distance, and there's a night market nearby, which is a big plus. The bathroom was also clean, which was nice. For breakfast, there weren't many options, but there was toast, jam, and drinks, which was perfectly fine for my child's breakfast. Just note that toothbrushes are not provided in the room, so you'll need to bring your own.

They don’t have in-house self service laundry, the laundry they provided is counted per item, but there are two coin laundry nearby. Hotel staff are really nice and helpful.

It's conveniently located within walking distance of a shopping mall, tourist attractions like the Old Mosque, and various restaurants. While the room isn't luxurious, it has all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a buffet on the first day and à la carte on the second. I personally enjoyed the mild, lightly salted flavors. The hotel also provides a pre-booked shuttle service, which I used to get to the airport and other attractions. Note that the gym and pool are managed externally; they are within walking distance but outside the main hotel building. You'll need to pick up a pass from reception to access them.

Wonderful staff and useful airport transfers, but the hotel needs a complete renovation The strongest part of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and genuinely willing to help with absolutely everything. Their attitude made a huge difference, and we are very grateful to the entire team! The hotel also provides complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, which was extremely convenient. We received a room upgrade, and the staff brought drinking water and fresh linen to the room. Coffee and tea supplies were replenished every day as well. Unfortunately, the building and rooms are extremely outdated, and cleanliness was a serious problem. The hotel clearly needs deep cleaning, better maintenance and a major renovation. Despite the excellent service and useful amenities, the poor condition of the property made the stay much less comfortable. Thank you again to the wonderful staff — you were truly the best part of this hotel.

It was the first time I came to Brunei in my life. I went to the water village, the mosque, and the royal palace. It felt too ordinary, especially the royal palace. They were not allowed to enter at all. They were just taking pictures outside the gate. Don’t go there. But this hotel gave me the best feeling on this trip, the cheapest price and the best service! You can compare the prices and you will know that Brunei is the cheapest, needless to say. Regarding hygiene, it is very clean. I saw that the waiter washed a lot of quilt covers and mattress covers in the morning. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture. It seems that each guest is washed once. Regarding food, you can buy food and make it yourself. There are so many seasonings, so much food in the refrigerator, and the waiters also cook and eat here. It is so trustworthy! This is treating passengers as family members, so I have to write a good review. The living place is too loose, more than 20 square meters, four bunk beds, covered with cloth, don't ask me how to know the area, just check the tiles. Needless to say, washing clothes and bathing, all kinds of liquids and powders can be used casually, and must be washed clean; the clothes of the waiters are also washed here, and the toilet is also used, which makes people feel at ease. The location is not good, except for the supporting commercial area downstairs, you must have a car when you go out. The staff is very nice, the only hotel where there is nothing wrong with the front desk to the room service. There is a free airport shuttle. Later, I heard that I needed to buy medicine, and I specially arranged for someone to drive us out without any cost. There are service points of large car rental companies, and travel services can also be booked with hotels. The commercial facilities are quite complete, and there will be locals eating a work meal at noon.

I used this hotel for a transit stay. Upon arrival, the hotel's shuttle staff was immediately available, making the transfer to the hotel smooth and convenient. The location is great, with many attractions within walking distance, and there's a night market nearby, which is a big plus. The bathroom was also clean, which was nice. For breakfast, there weren't many options, but there was toast, jam, and drinks, which was perfectly fine for my child's breakfast. Just note that toothbrushes are not provided in the room, so you'll need to bring your own.

The location is good as there are many shops and restaurants near to the hotel. They don’t have in-house self service laundry, the laundry they provided is counted per item, but there are two coin laundry nearby. Hotel staff are really nice and helpful.

I stayed for two nights at this hotel, and it offers great value for money. It's conveniently located within walking distance of a shopping mall, tourist attractions like the Old Mosque, and various restaurants. While the room isn't luxurious, it has all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a buffet on the first day and à la carte on the second. I personally enjoyed the mild, lightly salted flavors. The hotel also provides a pre-booked shuttle service, which I used to get to the airport and other attractions. Note that the gym and pool are managed externally; they are within walking distance but outside the main hotel building. You'll need to pick up a pass from reception to access them.

Wonderful staff and useful airport transfers, but the hotel needs a complete renovation The strongest part of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and genuinely willing to help with absolutely everything. Their attitude made a huge difference, and we are very grateful to the entire team! The hotel also provides complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, which was extremely convenient. We received a room upgrade, and the staff brought drinking water and fresh linen to the room. Coffee and tea supplies were replenished every day as well. Unfortunately, the building and rooms are extremely outdated, and cleanliness was a serious problem. The hotel clearly needs deep cleaning, better maintenance and a major renovation. Despite the excellent service and useful amenities, the poor condition of the property made the stay much less comfortable. Thank you again to the wonderful staff — you were truly the best part of this hotel.

They were not allowed to enter at all. They were just taking pictures outside the gate. Don’t go there. But this hotel gave me the best feeling on this trip, the cheapest price and the best service! You can compare the prices and you will know that Brunei is the cheapest, needless to say. Regarding hygiene, it is very clean. I saw that the waiter washed a lot of quilt covers and mattress covers in the morning. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture. It seems that each guest is washed once. Regarding food, you can buy food and make it yourself. There are so many seasonings, so much food in the refrigerator, and the waiters also cook and eat here. It is so trustworthy! This is treating passengers as family members, so I have to write a good review. The living place is too loose, more than 20 square meters, four bunk beds, covered with cloth, don't ask me how to know the area, just check the tiles.
