衞生：酒店整體衞生都做的很乾凈 房間也沒有異味，他們的洗漱用品以及床單被套都很乾凈，
環境：周邊的衞生都很不錯，剛進入大堂就感覺到了衞生不錯，他們酒店插有鮮花 花的味道真的很清新
服務：前台入住辦理很快 還很細心的提醒了吃喝玩樂，酒店客房服務員也是熱心，需要礦泉水也是給拿了。真的整體很不錯

前台小姐姐真的很熱情，人很好。
但是酒店不敢恭維，我進房間感覺地很黏，然後隔音是真的太差了。大馬路的噪音都可以忍了，但是我隔壁房一對情侶的説話聲我都能聽到，一晚上沒睡好。酒店真的要好好改造自己的隔音環境了。

We booked a ”Queen Room” for 4 nights which we can absolutely recommend. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in went smoothly without much ado. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. It's easy to get around by taxi from there, whether you want to go to one of the shopping malls or out to the airport. We can't comment on the facilities or the food as we didn't use them/eat at the hotel. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures when we first walked in. These photos are from when we had been there for 2 days already.

PPengguna TetamuOverall, I like this hotel chain in general and would stay there again, both at this location and in other cities. This was not the first location for this chain that I have stayed at.
Location: The hotel is located in a fairly central location. It is very close to Green Lake, though you'll need a map in order to know that. It's across the street from a KFC, 711, and Starbucks, and around the corner from a Burger King. There are also quite a few shared bikes (both electric and not) available from several different companies in front of the hotel.
Amenities: Breakfast is available for an additional charge, and there is a laundry room. I used neither of these. The hotel room has a refrigerator and more than the standard two bottles of drinking water plus an electric kettle, tea set, two packets of tea, and some candy in a dish (that looked like it had been there for a very long time). This hotel chain is generally very good about giving you more water if you ask. The bed is very comfortable, the tv is huge, the shower is hot with good water pressure, and the room is clean overall. There were ink stains on the sofa, but no problems with the bedding. Some of the furniture/walls were starting to be in need of repair, but it's not a problem unless you're super picky.
Safety/Service: The front desk staff are always very nice and helpful and willing to answer any questions that you have, but you'll need to speak Mandarin or have a translator handy. English is limited or non-existent. I felt safe in my room, and I didn't worry about leaving things in my room that I generally keep on my person in other hotels. The maid was also very kind and helped me when I saw her in the hallway and asked for help with a small problem (that was totally just my ignorance and too embarrassing to mention!).
WIFI: Wifi is available, but there is no information about the network or password in the room that I could find. I went down to the front desk and the woman there put the password on my phone for me.
Quiet: Well, there were some very loud and very rude guests staying in rooms near me. I don't know what the hotel's response would have been as I didn't all the front desk to complain. It definitely could have been quieter. There was no noise from outside the hotel, though.
Problems: I stayed at this hotel three nights total but two times (one night at the beginning and two nights at the end of my trip). My second room at this hotel (when I stayed for two nights), there was a blinking light inside a grate in the ceiling that can only be seen when all the lights are out. It was really bothering me, and making it difficult for me to sleep. I called the front desk at approx. 12:30 in the morning, and they didn't quite understand my problem (completely due to my sub-par Mandarin), but they sent someone to take a look. The maintenance guy who came said he knew exactly what I was talking about once I pointed upward. He didn't need me to turn off the light and show him. He said there was nothing he could do. If they turned out that light, I would have no electricity in the room. He also said that it's like that in every room. I didn't remember seeing it in the first room I had stayed in at the beginning of my trip, and I also didn't remember it from when I had stayed for three nights at a different location. Whether it really exists in every room or not is here nor there, though it ought to be obvious that a blinking light that doesn't turn off when you turn all the lights off is a bad idea, and something ought to be done). It is possible that it exists in every room but that it's not visible from the bed in every room due to the placement of that grate.

Perkakasan: Bilik adalah lebih daripada 40 meter persegi, keseluruhan susun atur adalah padat sedikit, langsir tidak automatik, pengering rambut tidak cukup baik, dan peralatan mandian adalah sederhana

Lain-lain: Tiba pada tengah hari, bilik belum dibersihkan, bergegas untuk mendaftar masuk, naik taraf ke bilik eksekutif dengan wang tambahan, tidak ada buah-buahan selamat datang, lounge eksekutif tidak dibuka, kecuali lantai, saya tidak berasa biasa perkhidmatan sokongan di bilik eksekutif. Tiada peralatan mandian kanak-kanak, dan hanya selipar di bawah umur 3 tahun.
Pada keseluruhannya, jika saya ingin membandingkan pengalaman tinggal saya pada masa lalu, terdapat jurang yang besar, dan aspek perkakasan dan perisian perlu dipertingkatkan lagi.

PPengguna TetamuWanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. Thanks to the team.

Pplushparadisecomfortable stay for a night stop over before an early flight the next day, it was a comfortable stay. the sheets were nice and soft. the toilet and showers are built such that they are individual cubicles, so the shower cubical doesn’t have any where to hang clothes/ towels, etc. all amenities provided, and there’s a laundry room with washer dryer to get your laundry sorted before continuing your trip.
shuttle bus to airport was 5am for a 7.40am flight, where it’s a “car pool” system, must book at time of check in.
night supper is a bowl of mien xian, basic. it’s a warm bowl to keep you going. there are no food options around outside of the building.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a very wonderful time at the JinBi Hotel. It is one of the best hotels I’ve been. We booked two rooms for two couples. The rooms are big and spacious and most importantly clean and comfortable. The whole hotel is very clean and tidy. The Chinese style decorations and furnitures are very tasteful. The whole design is coordinated and elegant. Even the breakfast area is nicely decorated. There are options for the set breakfast which is simple but sufficient. There are also places to have tea . The service is excellent. It’s higher than a 5 star rating. From the front desk to the kitchen staff to the cleaning staff to the manager, they are all very warm and helpful. They were very patient with my elderly brother in law who had tons of questions and requests.
We were really satisfied with our stay.

PPengguna Tetamu十分完美的一次體驗。本來就到的晚了一點，跟老闆娘溝通了下，免費給升了房型，入住的十分舒適安心。解除了一天的疲勞。由於第二天晚上的飛機，我住到了大中午才出去玩，工作人員一直沒催，一直態度 超級好。另外，美女給我們泡了青柑普洱，下午悠哉的坐了兩個小時，填補了趕飛機的空檔期，體驗太好了，下次來還要住這裏

MMaxGreat hostel! I felt like I got the royal treatment when I was there simply because I'm a rare foreign guest. Well, I'll take the privilege 😅. So in my particular case, from the moment I arrived they rolled out the red carpet. I made friends with the receptionist and we went to have dinner together right away lol. This never happened to me before haha. It was very nice. Then I was included in all kinds of social activities during my 4 day stay. We had lunch together with the owner, a very jovial guy, the receptionist and some random guests. It was very pleasant. We also went out for free clubbing and to the night market. Absolutely non commercial activities where we simply hung out as friends. Very cool! Definitely enriched my experience in Kunming by a lot. The facilities themselves were good. Everything was clean. It's a little bit cramped up in the apartment that's been made into dorms but it's ok because everyone is very considerate. There's only one bathroom so sometimes that can be annoying. It's a very high quality bathroom tho. I would definitely stay again for the atmosphere and the convenience of the location.

Kekurangan: Terdapat penghawa dingin pusat di dalam bilik, tetapi tidak dapat digunakan. Ia dilengkapi dengan kipas elektrik, yang tidak dapat menyelesaikan masalah sebenarnya. Lantainya tinggi, sehingga tingkap hanya dapat dibuka dengan celah kecil. Pengudaraan dalaman tidak baik. Biliknya agak sesak dan pintu bilik tidak berkunci. Ia senang dibuka. Selepas dibuka, pintu mesti ditutup dengan sukar untuk ditutup.
