這次入住體驗非常棒！酒店的環境整潔舒適，房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格簡約大氣，給人一種温馨的感覺。床品柔軟乾淨，睡得很踏實。浴室設施也很齊全，熱水充足，洗漱用品質量不錯。 酒店的服務讓我印象深刻，前台工作人員態度熱情，辦理入住和退房都非常迅速。客房服務響應及時，有任何需求都能很快得到解決。特別感謝酒店提供的貼心小禮物，讓人感到賓至如歸。 地理位置也很方便，周邊有不少餐廳和便利店，出行十分便捷。早餐種類豐富，味道也很好，為一天的開端提供了滿滿的能量。 總之，這次入住體驗非常滿意，無論是硬件設施還是服務質量都無可挑剔。強烈推薦這家酒店，下次來一定還會選擇這裏！

Booked the hotel very last minute but still good price to pay for a huge room. They just opened in May 2024 so all facilities are new n good. Very very friendly staff at counter who helped me order food as I dun have a local number to place order. Missed the free afternoon tea by 20mins when checked in . They have a cute robot which send food up. Will want to come back if I still want to return to Kunming again after the disappointing experience with booked driver of our own

酒店服務非常貼心用心，房間佈置温馨，睡覺很舒服，衞生間一次性用品都是消毒後獨立包裝，熱水也很大很舒服，休息很安靜。總之，衞生無可挑剔真得很乾凈，我連攜帶的一次性床被都沒用上，早餐也很豐富，自助形式的，中西式的都有。酒店三樓還有免費的洗衣房和健身房設備很齊全了，出門也方便，對面就有地鐵了。服務隨叫隨到! 退房還可以寄存行李。入住十分的滿意，推薦給大家！！！！

特意拍了兩張圖片給好評，非常乾淨整潔，設施設備也特別新，我們一起的小夥伴也特別滿意，訂房的時候沒注意不含早餐，給前台小姐姐説了還送了我們早餐，早餐忘記拍照了品種很多（我是看了評價早餐不錯來的），位置也不錯，吃飯我們去後麪那條街找的也特別滿意

Modern design, clean, affordable price, good location (10mins walking distance to Kunming station), easy to find (in the big road), decent room size, have elevator, great service. They have a laundry & gym room, also a beautiful outdoor garden at the 2nd floor (beside the breakfast area). No English, but really helpful with everything. They even gave us extra mineral water and free breakfast voucher! The breakfast is so delicious! Highly recommended! Will definitely stay here again if I came back to Kunming. Thank you!

服務很好送了晚安牛奶和延遲了退房時間，位置環境都挺好的，但是衞生差，隔音也不好，三樓洗澡水很小沒上次住二樓的體驗好，我這個房型是有冰箱，但是住的那間沒有冰箱，不知什麼原因我也沒有少付錢，看在服務體驗舒適份上全點了五星好評，但是這些問題希望可以整改一下哦
