The host is very helpful and friendly. The location is cery strategic as it less than 10 minutes away from the train station.

The location is great if you need to take a train the following day. Kunming train station is 500 meters away from the homestay, we literally just had to cross the street to get there. That was very good since we had to get on a train early in the morning. The owner of the homestay was really kind and helpful. She helped us storage some medicine in her refrigerator. We are very thankful to her for her attentiveness. The room was comfortable and it had everything we needed for one night's stay. However, it is a bit small for four people. But if you are traveling alone or as a couple, the room is just the perfect size.

The place was actually very convenient really close to the train station and at a very good location as well as the price was pretty reasonable. The customer service was good basically everything was pretty smooth & I liked it tho I just stayed a night coz I had to catch an early morning train 🤗

Had a great stay here although for a few hours. Host is veryy attentive & friendly. Location is near to Kunming train station, ~5mins walk. If you plan to take speed train the next day, consider staying here. Our flight back to Malaysia is at midnight & host willing to let us drop our baggage at her house before our flight & we can stroll around Kunming city. Thank youuu! Love, From Malaysia

The room is impeccably clean and beautifully appointed. Although the owner does not speak English at all,but we were able to communicate effectively using Google Translate. Their kindness and hospitality were exceptional. I highly recommend this place

《勸退》 這家酒店環境特別差，沒有空調就算了，你們看這個風扇，上面粘的白色的都是灰，甚至把風給堵了，開最大吹出來也沒風，而且聲音很大，滿天的灰塵在飄。黑風扇都變成白的了，我還灰塵過敏。不退錢，即使她姐姐那裡有空房也不願意給換，還要我加錢，後面是我找了攜程才給我換了。 一直搞到凌晨一兩點才安頓下來，嚴重影響了客人的休息。 然後我走了之後，還污衊我拿了他們的鑰匙，可我住了一晚，第二天直接走了，中途沒有出過門，沒有用過鑰匙，我拿了也沒用啊，污衊客人。

一家寶藏民宿，離昆明站很近，周邊有很多小吃店，吃東西非常方便。房東超讚，服務周到，房間設計簡約大方，注重細節，十分乾淨，感覺床單有陽光的味道，這裏環境很安靜，晚上睡得舒適愜意，強烈推薦！！

老闆娘很貼心，給我推薦野生菌還有特色小吃，還有洗衣房，真是解決了我的煩惱，衞生也很乾凈， 我看她今天做床單被套都是用消毒水侵泡才洗的。我覺得很棒
