The best hotel I ever stayed in Yunnan. Love their warm service and hospitality! Will visit again.

We stayed at a comfortable hotel. We checked in around 3 AM, and the front desk service was available 24/7. Upon entering our room, it did not disappoint us. All the standard amenities were available, and the water heater, water pressure, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. We received a complimentary coffee voucher for redemption the next day. Unfortunately, the coffee tasted rather bizarre. Overall, we were happy with our stay due to the hotel's location, price, and the functionality of the room.

A comfortable hotel, clean, close to a mart, close to a halal food store (you can ask the counter) and a very helpful receptionist.

Good environment , walking distance to train station

Housekeeping team are all very friendly, they are always smiling and welcoming us, also the receptionist guy who checked us in was very helpful, offered us luggage assistance. Security was very attentive too! Other than that, the rest of them are all rude lack of training horrible service! Especially the untidy uniform guy that prepared the coffee for us was super rude (standing with his hands on his hips while speaking to us impatiently and rudely) and his coffee was awful!! (Ps; we barely asked them any information however they’ll seem very annoyed)

Walkable distance to Kunming railway station(~10mins) , Lift available, there is a short stairway up the lift but hotel staff will help to carry your luggage up, just call for them

Very satisfied with a hotel, the service is very welcoming, we don't speak Chinese and kindly helped us call a taxi, it was great, the hotel is very close to Kunming station, there is a lot of food around Shopping is also very convenient Highly recommended

The location is good. The staff are friendly. The room is clean and well equip with amenities.

Nice hotel. Veey close to metro stations. Far away from Kunming South Railway Station where high speed trains are operating. Clean and good breakfast. The room we were given had a issue of leaking from the shower which probably affected the furniture under the sink and caused smell. By the way they serve very good coffee at the reception free of charge one per person for each day. Overall good hotel

This is such a decent hotel. We spend a night here before going to Lijiang. Such a great location as it’s definitely walking distance to the main railway station. That’s the best part. The breakfast buffet choice was quite limited but it’s good enough to start the day. There’s also a convenient just right downstairs incase you need anything.

The location is near the railway station. And the food location is just near the door step.

Nice place in general. The room was quite good and clean. But the public spaces not so much… also non of the stuff members didn't speak English, not even the basic words…
