No complaints service is tood but please take into account the location. Its close to the station but far very far from the city.

There is only one elevator to go up 12 floors,if the guests more ,You have to wait more .but good location near the station.

The room Is nice and breakfast Is good. It was really difficult to find, for a foreigner Is really hard cause there Is no sign and they can't speak a Word in english, anyway we asked for help and they came to pick us so thank you for that.

Staff is friendly, cleaning ladies were also Nice. The bathroom rainshower is Broken, the other one does work. The location is good, not far from Kunming South railway!
