I absolutely loved staying in this room. It’s bright, cozy, and beautifully designed, with an amazing view from the large windows that makes the space feel calm and relaxing. The owner was wonderful—very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. They made sure everything was ready and were always quick to respond if I had any questions. 24-hour airport shuttle: The room was very clean, and they gave me a wake-up call right on time and dropped me off at the airport punctually. The service was excellent. 24-hour airport shuttle: After landing, call them and a car will pick you up at the hotel in about ten minutes. The car wasn't in the best condition, but considering the price, it was pretty good. Room: It had all the basic necessities, and the air conditioning worked fine. The only issue was that the remote control was missing its battery cover, so the batteries would occasionally lose contact, but it didn't affect its use.

The hotel facilities are complete and clean, and the shuttle service to and from the airport is very convenient. The customer service attitude is also excellent, and the hotel is located near the airport.

The hotel's hygiene was appalling, and the surrounding area was terrible. There wasn't a single decent restaurant; everything looked dirty. After staying one night, I woke up with small red bumps all over my body the next day. I reported the situation to the hotel, but they didn't do anything to resolve the issue.

The duvet cover was old, worn out, and even torn. The in-room phone didn't work when I tried to call the front desk, so I had to use my mobile. I called three times, and they hung up on me twice; finally, someone answered on the third try. There were urine stains on the toilet. It was so late when I arrived that I just cleaned it myself, which really frustrated me. The front desk staff were cold and unfriendly, completely lacking any warmth. However, the airport transfer drivers were all excellent.
