Saya datang untuk perjalanan perniagaan dan menempahnya sementara di jalan raya. Meja depan hotel sangat bersemangat, seolah-olah nama keluarga saya Du, dan saya menaik taraf bilik saya! Pilihan yang sangat baik, yang paling penting adalah sangat dekat dengan Stesen Kunming

Hotelnya sangat bagus dan perkhidmatannya juga sangat baik. Saya pada awalnya merancang untuk keluar makan tetapi hujan turun dan saya membawa anak-anak ke restoran. Saya fikir restoran itu mahal dan tidak enak tetapi ternyata sangat baik. Persekitaran restorannya bagus dan harganya bagus Untuk potongan harga, saya memesan 168 set makanan, dua daging, dua vegetarian, dan rebusan boletus. Dua restoran besar dan satu kami sangat bertimbang rasa. Kedua-dua ayam periuk dan buah dihidangkan empat. Saya fikir makanan yang ditetapkan hanya dua. , hotel yang hebat

The quality of the floors, finishings, bathroom, excellent. The gym is really nice and the swimming pool is beautiful. The staff members are really friendly and very helpful! My family wanted to take photos with the receiving host at the door who always insisted on opening doors for them and packing their luggage. A very pleasant experience and welcome to china for them. Thank you!

Great place! Received a lot of help from counter staff fixing up WeChat travel on metro and buses. Koi Su and her male colleague whom we forgot to take down the name have been very helpful. Also the counter lady who checked us in is very pleasant and gave us a lot of additional upgrade options for breakfasts. We love the executive club tea in the evening and enjoy our night swims and gyms. The hospitality of the staff were outstanding including the lady who manned the pool at night and help provide us with googles when our googles broke. The location is also perfect for travelling with transportation to the airport easily arranged with the staff. The room is large and comfortable. Overall an extremely pleasant stay.

It was excellent! Kai Wah Plaza Hotel has excellent amenities, I enjoyed the gym and pool when I was there. . Special shout out to Danny (文子）for helping me arrange for transport at 2am, and 小苏 for helping me with bookings in the city based on the great recommendations. I enjoyed the pastry snacks from the hotel too! Will visit again!

Very good breakfast. The staff was very helpful and provided good recommendations of attractions to visit. Walking distance to Kunming Railway Station＞

The hotel is located a short walk (~10 minutes with luggage) from the Kunming Railway Station and was easy to find. The staff are very sweet and friendly, especially the breakfast service staff. The breakfast buffet selection was extensive and delicious! Although we stayed on a non-smoking floor, the corridors do smell of smoke unfortunately. However once you get inside the room it is smoke-free. The hotel is a bit dated and the pool was under renovation during our stay. The shower includes shower gel and shampoo, but the conditioner is tucked away in a drawer which was a bit confusing to us as we almost didn't find it. The toilet was leaking so there was a constant puddle in the bathroom (thankfully it was clean water). They charged for the water bottles in the room, which was disappointing as we did not experience this in any other hotel in Yunnan during our stay.

Location very convenient to train station. Food at restaurant was good but little pricey. Okay for transit to next location.

The value for money is not really good. You pay more but your room is not so spacious, people smoke in the hotel and the service is not so hight. When you go in a guesthouse you have a hight level of service. Laundry is free, you are welcomed with fruits or some pastries, shuttle can be free or they can book for you a taxi… Here in this hotel you have to pay for everything and it’s really expensive : water, you have to book by yourself a taxi even if you don’t speak chinese,… So I don’t really recommand this hotel. Better to book a guesthouse more cheaper for more commodities and service.

Room was dusty. There was a bathtub in the toilet and is good for relaxing. Food is not really to my liking.
