The location is good. The staff is good. You can hear everything from the neighbors room and street, so if you are a light sleeper I do not recommend. When we talked to the front desk they helped accommodate us.

Great experience with loads of breakfast food outside of the hotel. The hotel equipped with escalator, so that we do not need to carry out luggage up and down. Clean and spacious. Breakfast was fine, good choice of noodles and soya milk. Not many pictures taken but overall it was a good stay. Recommended.

Well-located and there are many street food stalls just right on the street in front of the hotel. We'll stay here again should we visit Kunming in the future!

The hotel is nearby Nanping pedestrian street. There are many local food stalls outside the hotel. It could be a bit noisy if you choose the room facing the street. Nanping street has many local delicacy to your choosing.

Location is good that near to walking street but we are not able to alight at the hotel doorstep. Hotel assistance is required should you bring more than 1 piece luggage. Hotel breakfast was simple. Staff service is good as they try their best to solve aircon issues when 3 of our rooms were without aircon.

Very nice small, quiet, modern, clean and airy hotel built with in a traditional Chinese style. Room spacious, fully functional, and for our room a very nice balcony to relax and take in the sounds and smells of the numerous busy small shops in the side street and hotel main entrance below (Yukesi Jie Street -photo). Unfortunately the rooms do not provide a small fridge. Very nice staff. A limited Chinese breakfast is provided in the dining room. Location is a short(500m) walk from Tangzixiang metro station on the "red/blue" line(photo), exit H with lift/escalator to Jinbi Rd.

The hotel is right next to the food street, but as soon as you step into the hotel lobby, you are isolated from the hustle and bustle of the food street, as if you have entered another world. Warm, comfortable and Chinese courtyard style hotel.

the hotel is good for my family of 4, spacious and clean. staff is also helpful and accomodating, allow me to store luggage at lobby after check out. Decent breakfast, like the soy milk a lot. if there is one thing i would suggest, is to sticker out the bottom of glass shower screen and toilet, for more privacy even though within one family.

Beautiful interior decoration, staffs are helpful. Walking distance to tourist attraction area. Morning local market is just beside hotel. Very good location

A very nice hotel close to street food, markets and nice restaurants.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was clean but the bathroom was not private and could be seen through glass. This is not my preference. It would also be helpful if the WiFi password was numbers instead of being in Chinese characters. It makes it difficult for foreigners to access. The breakfast offered was very good.

Wonderful hotel located near Nanping Lao Jie (南屏老街), 10 minutes away, which can be considered as the city center (you will find what you are looking for: food street and shops). Closer you will find Nanqiang Jie (南强街), 5 minutes away, very nice street food full of life in the evening. The metro line 2 is about 5-10 minutes away (Tang Zi Xiang station 塘子巷站). The hotel is cozy and is 3 floor high within a "typical" old Chinese city style environment which makes it so charming to be here. The staff is nothing short but wonderful: kind, helpful, polite and funny. I would highly recommend without a single hesitation that you book your stay at Pillow Stone Lie cloud Boutique (or the HotelJinbi Club Boutique Hotel, same owner).
