Great service Good buffet breakfast Definitely will consider again.

Location is very near to tangzixiang, super convenient with many shops nearby. Hotel lobby was big and spacious. The room is also quite spacious and does not have any smell of smoke, the only issue is the lighting inside the room is insufficient, many corners are very dark especially during the night time. Staff was very helpful and polite. Highly recommended to stay if you stay near tangzixiang.

Overall, our stay is average as the hotel is very dated and desperately needs to be upgraded and change of old-fashioned/stained furniture. The breakfast is the same every day. Not much variety. The restaurant staff are not helpful and show no interest in their jobs. Definitely need more training. The only reason that means the hotel proud of in our case is this super attentive, ever friendly, service beyond the heart, assistant lobby manager Ms Gao Jian Qiong. She greeted us every time we arrived at the hotel with her cheerful smile and was very patient listening to our concerns as we were travelling with our 82-year-old elderly mother who required wheelchairs. When the unfrienfly counter receptionists were not willing to help us make a local call to the airlines, Ms Gao and her assistant came forward to assist us voluntarily. She even extended her help by following up with the airlines and updated us on our wheelchairs requests status and etc. Her service rendered to us has shown beyond the professionalism in the service industry. She really shows the meaning of service from the heart. Kudos and well done Ms Gao. Our family is very thankful for your help during our stay in Kunming.

We booked a Cozy Family Room B, it was spacious and clean. We were allowed to check in early and the counter service was very good. Our assigned room was not ready but the counter staff decided to give us another room which was on the second highest floor. The view from the room was fantastic as you can see sunset. We were given a welcome fruit platter. Breakfast spread was good. Will stay here again if I will to come to Kunming.

Excelent hotel near public transport

Perfect location - 1 min to Airport Metro Line 6. Well equiped room. Good breakfast. Welcome fruit and milk are provided. Room is big and comfortabke. Worth the price.

Good location/ close to convenient store and shopping mall and metro

We are a couple. We like the hotel for its location, which is right next to the subway station and it is direct access to the airport. The room is clean and spacious. We ordered online and they got dropped off at the concierge on the ground floor. Overall, it is a competent hotel. One key reminder : most of the rooms are smoking room. If you are super sensitive to smoke smell, you may want to request specifically when you book (Next to the hotel, it is a tobacco company. I am sure they book this hotel a lot).

Very good location . Very near to mrt and can go to everywhere easily including airport . Staffs are very helpful and professional .

Friendly helpful n attentive staffs, great location

2 mins walk from the metro station and KunMing's very famous local bakery shop JiaHua flower biscuit. Location are superb. Hotel room are a little small in space. The floor was a little dirty, could improve in hotel cleanliness. Free fruits and milks are very warming. 设备非常齐全：冰柜，吹风筒，熨斗，酒杯，和很多细节性的东西。非常贴心！酒店地点也和不错，去哪都方便，打车也很便宜，距离地铁站不过2分钟步行而已，还可以直通昆明飞机场的地铁站，赞爆了！
