I stay there for 3nite. The reception check in counter was amazing smile warm welcome for us. She is very helpful fast check in to me..n settle myrequest for oven n extra water bottle n pillow they deliver to myroom. The room was amazing. Refrigerator come wt coke oranges sprite n water with peanut all f.o.c. Daily refill. The bed was comfort the aircorn is super strong wind n so cooling. The view for my connecting room is amazing excellent. The pool n the kids pools with well good. The water of the pool is very clean. Pool start at 8am till 6pm. Hope they can close at 7pm.. 6pm is still early not yet sunset then close for the kids pool facilities. The best part is walk to terminal 21 just nx of our hotel.. The food at terminal 21 food court pier21. U must visit. I celebrate my birtday at sky roftop 32floor.. The view is superb.. The staff was very very great services. Sing birthday song .. Food cannot finish will pack for us. The parking area at level 2..security is 24hrs is very very safe. I like the services of this hotel. All staff is great helpful n great you sawadekaa all the time. I will be back for this hotel 10star to grande centre point pattaya.family was happy. Tq trip

Love everything about this hotel. It was new and kept in supreme condition. Breakfast was quite a spread and staff were helpful and had a lot of initiative. Special shout out to front desk staff, Sirikamol, who helped with our check-in. She was hospitable and gave us a warm welcome.

The hotel smells so nice, staff are friendly and amenities are very good. The food is good too. Everything is amazing.

Place was good just beside Terminal 21 shopping where there have everything. At night they even have pop up stall at the open area in front of T21 but prices there a bit expensive as compare to Pier 21 ( T21 food court). The pool was also good especially for the little ones as there is a slide plus a few water play area really suitable for kids. Breakfast spread was good and some of the dishes changes daily. Will book again if I were to come to Pattaya with my family.

The hotel new and clean and location in central Pattaya, everything good, but breakfast they should have something for Islam not only for Chinese

Hotel located next to the terminal 21, very convenient to go for shopping and you can find many massage shops and seafood restaurants around the hotel. Room is big enough to open your big luggages. Sea view is wonderful especially for sunset views. Breakfast is good and delicious, F&B manger is super nice and helpful when I was requested to combine a big table for gal parties in 6 peoples, he helps for table setting immediately.

Very convenience for shopping in Terminal 21 and got a special entrance into Let’s relax spa. Nice Baloney and the view is amazing Hotel room is a bit small. Nice buffet breakfast

We booked connected rooms which is very convenient for family. The hotel is new and clean with great view from the balcony. My father-in-law enjoy staying in the balcony just enjoying the views at different times. Plenty of choices for breakfast buffet. The pool is also a highlight. It is designed for kids but also a comfortable place for adults to hang around. All in all, worth the money and you would love to stay there.

Wonderful location next to Terminal 21 shopping mall. Good breakfast with lots of made-on-the-spot options.
